First, I know absolutely nothing about golf, zilch. When I arrived to pick up I had a question. The middle aged, dark haired gentleman (loose term here) working the order/repair desk was extremely rude. Not matter of fact, rude. Big attitude. He made me feel like an idiot. Never again will we buy from this store based on this one encounter. We'll go across the street to Golf Galaxy.

Something has changed. I could always go to PGA Superstore for help in choosing the right club or…read morepicking out a reasonable priced, PGA brand outfit. But not yesterday. I was looking for well-priced, nice-looking shorts; went to the large back area where the PGA brand is displayed. Huge selection for men. Women's PGA clothing was only along the wall in the very back. Pricing for men's shorts? As low as $39.00. For women? None as low as $39. They were priced at $72! I asked the sales guy about where the $39 shorts were for women. His response? "I don't know ... I don't know all the prices in the store." I found 2 associates, a woman and an older man, in conversation and interrupted them to share this experience. The woman was surprised and disappointed; said, "here's the guy who can really help." His response, "Aw no, they don't care about this stuff." Started to make an excuse. My response? "There's a name outside on this building that stands for something and I sure thought it was service and quality in the game of golf.... Which both men and women play." I am so disappointed in PGA Superstore ... but I maybe they have changed their business model... and maybe it IS a store for men.
