New balls, ball trackers, replaced some of the older mats, etc. They're currently building a facility to serve food and drinks. Bathrooms are reasonably clean. There's a fantastic golf shop attached and service is amazing. Cons: Without fail there are a handful of dysfunctional or out of order bays. The Trackman golf sensors often misread or miss a shot and there's no way to fix it. Bays and screens look like they've never been cleaned (tons of dust). I'm not too crazy about the table and chairs. I find the stool chairs (over the lower metal ones) to be very uncomfortable and tables just collect dirt (more things that should be cleaned). Overall I highly recommend this place, they just have a few things to work on.

In his garage you have the simulator to hit onto. It's a great location now with the summer heat. But it's always good to go outside at the driving range. I have been an high handicap golfer for the past 15 years. At 52 yrs old, I had to make a decision to see if I really want to improve my game. It's been interesting, I knew my game would get worst before I start seeing improvement. And I was correct! However, whats keeping me going is that I am starting to see shots I haven't done before. I'm also starting to understand what exactly he wants me to do. Shane is a great instructor, he's very easy to understand, and very easy to talk to. I can ask him any questions, and he gives me an easy answer that I can understand. Now I'm very excited to attend a lesson. Can't wait to improve and shane is making this a lot of fun.

Greens were in great shape, bunkers consistent, and overall I would say conditions were great for being the middle of Summer here in Arizona. Green fees were right @ $50/pp which included range balls. Peppy carts, nice center console in the cart, big and deep coolers, four bottles of water, towels, USB port, deep basket, but no course GPS. When we parked they brought a cart out to us so we didn't have to use the bag drop. When we were finished, we were able to bring the carts out to the parking lot. Great staff, friendly and accommodating.

I was bummed they did not have any breakfast sandwiches before my round as the restaurant was closed. So I waited to order when I got the the 9th tee. After 3 lessons with Frank, I feel I can officially leave this 5 star review…read more I started golfing about 10 years ago and over that time had gotten myself as good as I could on my own. I'm an athlete and learn very quickly so honestly wasn't too bad of a golfer. But I knew I had hit my ceiling of what I could teach myself. Plus I wanted to get my first custom fit set of irons and wanted to fix any swing problems before getting fit. When I came to Frank for my first lesson, I was not using my driver because of how inconsistent I was, and I was battling a hooking draw with my low-mid irons. Within my first few practice swings, Frank was able to point out exactly what I needed to change. After only 3 lessons I can honestly say that with my irons I'm striking the ball better, and hitting my target at a much more consistent rate. I now understand my swing mechanics better and why I was dealing with a hook so I can continue to improve. We didn't even pull out the driver until lesson 3, where after putting together all my swing/set up adjustments from the first 2 lessons, I promptly hit 4 of my best drives in a long time, right in a row. I have many more lessons to go, but I'd recommend Frank to any golfer who is ready to take their game to the next level. Also, he's just a nice guy and I think that's really important from a coach.
