- Absolutely the highlight of my trip to Phoenix -…read more I had a seaweed wrap, deep tissue massage and cupping treatment and it was one of the best experiences I've had at a spa ever. Even the services I've gotten done at high end spas in Cancun or Cabo don't feel the way that Twee pampered me. I felt like it was such a spiritual and she was so intuitive about her hand placements to find where my hidden tension was. I cannot believe how amazing I feel! I had to write a review immediately because it was so healing. I would recommend 10/10!!! I would come back again just to see her again. The space was small but very clean with a shower. It's tucked away behind El Fuego at the Charendon Hotel and I'm so so so so glad I found it!!! If you stay at the hotel, there's a discount and that was a lovely surprise. I am so grateful that I was able to experience such amazing services here.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The space is beautiful, clean, modern, and incredibly relaxing. The sound of the waves, soft lighting, and calming scents made the entire experience feel luxurious and peaceful. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I deal with severe chronic pain as part of a disorder that in general makes me a very difficult…read morecase to treat. I have been to all manner of massage/massage therapists, as well as other pain management modalities. With that level of experience I can assure you that Sarah is a top-notch provider. She has a background in Nursing, so has a really in-depth knowledge of body mechanics that gives her a greater understanding of what she is working with (your body) than I believe most massage therapists have. Beyond her mechanical knowledge, she also has a well honed intuition. Mechanics can be taught...intuition on the other hand is something you either have or you don't. My pain/issues are ever fluctuating, just when you think my body is going to zig, it zags. No two sessions are ever the same with me. Sarah handles this as though it is the most normal thing in the world and is able to asses and adjust without skipping a beat. She listens to what you say, and does everything in her power to help you heal. I will (and do) go out of my way to get an appointment with her!

Excellent! Sarah does a good job listening to what you need and adjusting as needed.read more

Last week, during a service project in rural Costa Rica, in 85 to 90 % humidity, I shoveled, moved dirt and rocks, mixed concrete, moved cinder blocks, stacked building supplies, and other wo-manual labor. Jayla, at Space Massage Studio, used CBD oil, magical fingers, warm towels, and skill to work out the kinks and knots, and stretched out my hips. I limped in. I walked out.
