The host disappeared, leaving me standing awkwardly in the middle of the server pathway while servers carrying trays had to ask me to move. I ordered the tasting menu. The snacks were the best part of the night: * Yellowfin Tuna Bhel: Spectacular, the best dish of the entire night. * Samosa Chaat: Quite good. * Green Papaya Salad: Average. * Charred Corn: Good but nothing special. * Crispy Broccoli: Phenomenal, one of the highlights. * Peri Peri Chicken Wings: Good, especially the sauce. I also asked four times for the house spicy sauce to two different servers and it was never brought. To make matters WORSE, when a friend stopped by to say hello and tried just two bites of my food, the staff aggressively confronted and pressured me, insisting that he had to pay for a full tasting menu. Their behavior made me feel like I was being scammed and left me extremely uncomfortable. I went very excited to this restaurant because of the great reviews, but it was a big letdown that completely ruined my date and dinner experience.
