We used vibrant vibes party planning for our daughter first birthday. It was Alice in Wonderland…read morethemed and they did an excellent job from start to finish!! Jasmine made the most Incredible ballon arch that was perfectly on theme and just gorgeous and huge!! They also catered the food for us and we had over 125 guests. They did an amazing job and also did the food to fit our theme so everything was presented tea party style. So we had mini sandwiches and charcuterie and treats that were exactly what we were looking for. They also decorated it all so cute and nicely and made little menus for each item showing the ingredients that were also Alice themed. They had a tent and chairs guy come the day before so everything was set up in advance with the tent which we were so grateful as it gave us time to prep the space. They also arranged for a bounce house to come the morning of and they got us a cute castle one that went with our theme perfectly too! I highly highly recommend them as a party planning one stop shop! They handled everything to bring for us and we couldn't be happier!! If I could give more than 5 stars i would!

What impressed me most was her calm energy, quick problem-solving, and genuine care. It felt like I had a best friend who just happened to be an expert at planning weddings. Our guests are still raving about how seamless and beautiful everything was. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond to bring your wedding vision to life, i highly recommend Thee Soirée Collective. Hiring her was the best decision we made! Also the cake arrived to the venue completely destroyed! It fell over on the way in the car. Mariam was able to single handedly fix the cake by adding real flowers to hide the parts that were ruined and it turned out perfectly!

Liked the help provided by Laura, Audrey, and Carlos for a 92d birthday party celebration in Laguna…read moreWoods. Had about 30 attendees, with 8 or so over 75. Laura referred in an excellent caterer from Anaheim (Cortina's). She and Audrey and Carlos helped with appetizers (shrimp, focaccia, pigs in a blanket, charcuterie plate), served beer and wine, served plated salads, served plated lasagna, chicken, and vegetables, and served cake. They expertly made things tidy as they went along, and cleaned up the kitchen and house as the party wound down. Sorry to say the house was pretty much filled to capacity, so moving around was not always easy. Thankfully, they were well-dressed and passed around infectious smiles (especially Audrey) along with the food. First class operation.

They arrived on time, I was behind as usual and running around frazzled. They immediately jumped in and started to help from laying out the cheese tray, assembling the seafood tower, and chopping garnishes. I went over the passed appetizers we would be serving assuming I would be helping in the kitchen, they asked a couple of good questions and from there they handled everything, they heated and served all the food and paired with the appropriate drinks, refilled trays throughout the night, and cleaned our kitchen. They would not let me do dishes, they would not let my husband take out the trash, they lit candles, and even took pictures for me of the setup. They literally handled everything with smiles. Truly beautiful humble, kind and hardworking woman! I have never enjoyed a party we hosted this much I actually got to visit with people rather than be in the kitchen the whole time and I woke up to a sparkly kitchen, and food put away. My husband and I said this was our best yet party and we owe that to Laura and Cassie! Thank you ladies for making our night, we will never host a party without you!

The display on their website looked full and impressive, but what was delivered was very small and underwhelming for the price I paid. The arrangement looked nothing like the photos shown online, and honestly, I could have done something similar myself for a fraction of the cost. This company is extremely overpriced, and the pictures on their site are very misleading. If you're considering booking them, I would strongly suggest asking for exact photos of what you will actually receive, because what I got was nowhere near worth the cost.
