I guy hit the rear end of my brand new Honda CRV (2 weeks old) in a parking lot. I was so sad. I just moved to this area and didn't know anyone so I asked my insurance company to give me some recommendations and Ayers Collision Center was one of them. When I first took my car in I was ready to give up my keys and wait weeks for it to get repaired. That is when Dan took over! They ordered the parts and allowed me to continue to drive my car until all the parts arrived. This saved me money and headaches with a rental car. They were always updating me on the status of my repairs. Once the parts came in, I went in and all they wanted to do was make sure they had the right color for the car. Once again, they told me, keep driving your car, they painted all the parts before installation. Again, this avoided long waiting periods. I got a call on Monday to take the car in the next day. By the time I got there Dan had set up my rental car (including the direct bill with my insurance company) and Enterprise was there and ready. Sign here, sign there ... and that was it. I was told that my car would be ready by Friday. On Wednesday, Dan called me to give me an update and tell me that everything was running smoothly. To my surprise, Dan called me Thursday afternoon to let me know that the car was ready. We had an obstacle with the payment between the insurance company and them but Dan was on it and we called my insurance and settled everything over a phone call. I am impressed with their courtesy and prompt response to everything. The way they handled it so that I didn't have to be without my car for weeks was great. And by the way, when I went to pick it up my car it looked better than the day I picked up at the dealers ... brand new. It was clean to a sparkle! I would recommend Ayers to anyone and now I know I have a dependable repair shop in Quincy that I can count on! Hopefully I don't have to use them again ... LOL ... but if I do, I will not mind. The entire experience took 1 week. Impressive. read more

DONT GO TO AYERS !! Let me start off by saying if you could avoid this place avoided at all cost ! These are the most racist ignorant set of individuals I've ever met. They clearly have no education but are still in business it's been passed down from generation to generation. Let me say that I was not pleased by anything that they did for me . From the time I walked in there was no one to greet me . ( after a hour ) when the person finally came they walked then straight to the office like I was imaginary . They overcharge me for everything they did and they were rude about everything they did . they speak to people like their superior when they're not there just privileged. Don't go there if there . Plenty other options in Quincy . zero stars actually I would give it negative. Ps . They honestly might be affiliated with the KKK (they also told me the police wont be able to help me .... i didnt say anything about the cops ..makes me feel like they are all working together ) keep that in mind just dont go there .. way to many bad reviews on here ...the bad out weights the good over at Ayers .. Thanks Again Racist Pigs. read more

This is a long overdue review for the Ayers Collision & Repair team. My father's 2010 Fusion has been in 3 accidents since he bought it new. The initial accident occurred within the first 2-3 months of getting the new car which was a full rear-ender crash. These accidents were due to other driver's being distracted or just being in a rush. All 3 times his vehicle was taken to or towed by Ayers Collision for repair. After filing the initial paperwork all other calls with insurance companies, adjusters and Enterprise Rental was done by the Ayers team. All 3 times the car was repaired within a week's time at most and was fully restored to it's original shape and performance. (No delayed clinking or rattling after any of these repairs.) We, (the family), would like to thank the Ayers Collision team for their great detailed repair work, professionalism and helping to reduce the stress in these situations. They are truly the best in the collision and repair business. Thanks Chuck, Dan & the repair team! read more

I had a great exerience after my car accident with Ayers Colision. Dan Hayes the manager was very professional, polite and most importantly is honest. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Dan took care of my rental and even called my insurance company for me. The actual work that was done on my car was fabulous! My car is an opal white and I was worried the paint wouldn't match but it was spot on. My car was finished when they told me it would be. They even detailed my car for me too, so it looked like it did the day I bought the car!! Looking at all the reviews prior to writing my own, it's too bad the company is gettimg negative reviews because of a tow truck driver. The main business is getting your car fixed there after a traumatic collision, well mine was anyways so they made me feel much better. I would definately recommend Ayers Collision. read more

On the way home from work the other night, I stopped to let some wild turkeys cross the road and, WHAM, young girl rear ends me. Back bumper got pretty crunched, but the first thing that jumps to mind is that, this is gonna be a big pain in the ass. I call Ayers Collision...Can we get this fix rolling soon ? Bring it in tomorrow ! Other than a phone call and a quick stop by the Milton PD to pick up a copy of the accident report, I did not have to do anything else. Dan Hayes took care of the estimates, insurance and rental contacts. Four days later I have my car back and it looks like new, and is a lot cleaner inside and out than when I dropped it off. This shop exceeded my expectations every step of the way. I highly recommend that if you seek a professional experience when the unexpected occurs, call Ayers Collision. SRD read more

Stay away from this place. If you were towed recently check the entire vehicle for damage, especially underneath. they recently destroyed the front end of a Mercedes they towed and ripped out the tie rods. They then tried to talk the vehicle owner into having them fix it. vehicle owner did the right thing by going through their insurance. If you were towed illegally, it was shady, or your vehicle was damaged, file a complaint with the DPU at 617-305-3500. Also file complaint with the state police. The law was recently changed so that local barracks cannot decide which tow company to use and they must now bid for a contract. Call The MSP and voice your concerns so that they cannot ply their dastardly tactics on unsuspecting people. read more

I work for M8 Logistics and we partner with tow companies all over the country. That said, I now have to say that these guys are DEFINITELY on my favorites list and I can't wait to work with them again on our future loads in their area! I highly recommend these guys for just about anything that you need; whether its moving specialty equipment like me or just a simple tow - they should definitely be at the top of your list! (ESPECIALLY if you have extra/special steps that you need them to take; this is the team to trust!) Their work and pricing is absolutely on point and they truly take pride in a job well done! I want to give a huge THANKS to the entire Ayer's team! YOU GUYS ROCK!! read more

I have used Ayers Collision twice in the last 12 months and their work is top notch! Each time -- the outcome was beyond what I expected on my older vehicle. Chuck and John are terrific to work with. They are honest and fair and they explained the process to me clearly -- in terms of time in the shop -- and cost. Their work was done quickly and efficiently. It's hard to find businesses that you can genuinely count on in terms of dependability and honesty -- and Ayers is solid on both. I can't believe how beautiful the car looked after the repair -- and the complimentary full vehicle wash inside and out is a real bonus. If you need body work done -- this is the place to go! read more

Where is that SIXTH STAR to rate them even higher than 5? Ayers Collision Center in Quincy cannot be rated highly enough for the amazing service they provided. I had extensive front and side damage to my SUV and the repairs were done seamlessly. John even handled all of the paperwork with my insurance company and provided a rental. I truly appreciated the clear communication and honest dealings. My car looks as if it just rolled off of the showroom floor, even though the vehicle is seven-years-young. I cannot thank John and his team at Ayers Collision Center enough for such a positive experience. I highly recommend and trust this company. read more

I have had 2 crashes. Both in the front. One was my 2004 f150 supercrew, rear ended another car on the expressway. Brought it in and rental was waiting for me. a week later it was ready and looked better than new . Fantastic job loved how it looked and it is a black truck. The second was my daughters Ford Escape Hybrid. This was a front hit also when someone lost control of their car and spun across the highway in front of her. Again , the people at Ayers did a wonderful job. Everyone there is very helpful and polite. Always there when you have a question or concern.Highly recommend for body work and detailing.I'll never use another. read more

The crew at Ayers is SO incredibly professional, warm and kind! They have worked on my car a few times now and have done so in a very efficient and stress free way for me. They took care of all the dealings with my insurance agency as well as the rental car. They were also very patient with me as to when I was available to bring the car in!! In addition to this the quality of the work is superb! Not only did they make my Jeep look brand new but also detailed the inside. It was like taking my Jeep to a car spa :) I would recommend Ayers to anyone who has any repair needs!! read more

Working with Ayers was a great experience. My car was involved in a pretty bad accident, and they went the extra mile and walked me through the process of working with the person at fault's insurance company, and being sure I was fully informed throughout the repair process. Dan was in touch with me and always answered the (many) questions I had with professionalism and patience. I've now have my car back, and it looks brand new. Excellent work, thank you all for making a new process and bummer of a situation as stress free as possible! Would highly recommend Ayers. read more

I have taken my car to Ayers for all of numerous accidents that my car has been involved in (not my fault, I swear!). I can't say enough good things about these guys. I know that when I leave my car with them they will explain in detail what needs to be fixed, how much it will cost and how long it will take AND give me my car back quickly. I have never had to worry about feeling like I'm getting the runaround. I've had great experiences and I would recommend that anyone who needs collision/autobody work take their car to Ayers. read more

After a recent auto accident (no injuries) my vehicle was picked up and towed to Ayers Collision Center in Quincy, MA. At an obviously stressful time I'm thankful for the level of service received which in my opinion is harder to find these days. From the first call up until the auto insurance company completed their inspection and towed away the vehicle (total loss) Chuck provided constant contact and updates making a somewhat confusing process easy to understand.. I highly recommend anyone in an accident using this company... read more

Was broken down and needed a tow. Called another towing company and after waiting 1 hour and 45 mins for the no show. I called Ayer initially said an hour then said he would see what he could do. Less then 25 mins there was the wrecker. Needless to say the other company never showed up. Not only were they fast they but even after leaving a decent tip it was $10 cheaper then the no show quote. Thanks Ayer for the prompt service and esp Mike for doing a great job!!! Definitely will use them again!!! read more

I highly recommend Ayer's Collision Center for auto body repair. This is based on an evolving relationship which extends probably over 30 years. I value their honesty, their prices have been competitive and, from my experience, their auto body repair has been excellent. They have presented options to me clearly and have effectively dealt with my insurance claims adjuster. Their comprehensive service has for me greatly relieved what can inherently be a stressful situation. ...Thank you Ayer's C.C. read more

My new Jeep got keyed while at work. I brought it to a few different shops until I went to Ayers Collision and Repair. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The estimate given to me was well below the rest. I got my car back within 2 days. The car looked brand new and actually better then when I first purchased the car. Eric did a fantastic job with the repair! I couldn't have been happier! I will recommend Ayers Collision and Repair to all my family and friends! read more

I have had 2 accidents with different cars over the years (one just very recent) and they have fixed it so well you couldn't tell I ever had an accident. Very professional , Dan was outstanding and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. They took acre of all my insurance headaches and even set up a rental for me. I highly recommend them for any body repairs. BTW the road going out doesn't belong to them it's the city of Quincy's road and they did fix the potholes. read more

2nd time using Ayers and i would not go anywhere else. First, the quality of workmanship is superb. I had some pretty bad front end damage and Ayers was able to get my car fixed and ready for pick-up in 7 days. Dan in the office is great to deal with and he pushed back vs. the initial appraisal to ensure all the damage was fixed. Lastly, they detailed my car so nicely it was like geting into a brand new car when i left, thanks Ayers! read more
