I look for a great bark and this place had it, plus it's perfectly seasoned. The brisket was moist and tender, the ribs had a bit of sweetness but not overpowering and they came right off the bone! I heard the braised cabbage is good so I gave it a try and I loved it, I would eat pounds of that stuff. The brisket was very good with the right amount of tenderness and flavor without being overcooked. The Mac and cheese was interesting because it had loads of spices but it was also great, I definitely appreciated the spin on it more than regular mac n cheese.
