HORRIBLE! They are Predatory! The Worst Coustomer Service! They literally laugh in your face when you are asking for a little kindness! They come looking for cars. They were not called out or asked to tow someone! They came hunting! $360.00! Ridiculous! They Do Not Have Proper Signage! No Hours are on the 1 sign down the street! See the pictures! What They are doing is Against the Law! We should all ban together a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT! They said in the office they are Not Open on Saturdays yet they were open! Sad business! They took my vehicle from my home due to no parking permit remind you nobody in this parking lot has parking permits! They are open 8am-5pm but took my vehicle in the middle of the night! Crazy how scary they are to come in the middle of the night to take a vehicle! They are not friendly at all, terrible customer service. When I would call in they sounded so bothered when they answered. I got hung up on multiple times and when I called back they say it's an internet issue, however they would never call me back and it was always "dropping" when I was talking. I was told they couldn't send me pictures of my own car that I would have to go back in person to look at them. The third time I called the lady let me know I would have to go to the management company to request the photos they took of my car, I don't know why I wasn't told that the first time... read more

I have never written a review for a towing company before and although it was such an unfortunate situation with getting my car towed this is the first company I've spoken with that had amazing customer service, stayed a few minutes past closing for me and was incredibly kind and understanding. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone and a woman behind the desk, didn't get any names but they were incredible and I thank them for that and being the first tow company that didn't make me cry. read more

Even if a vehicle is parked where it is not supposed to be, the behaviors this business owner and its employees exhibit is inexcusable. My vehicle is on my lease, parked properly, with unexpired registration. There was a woman standing by my car on the phone today, I asked if I can help with anything. I was ignored, so I asked again and all she tells me is she has permission to get my vehicle towed from the front office. I go to the office immediately and they removed the vehicle from their list, understanding it is parked correctly, apologizing and letting me know they aren't even sure why my vehicle was on the list in the first place. The representative from this company harasses residents, and calls them slurs. Business owners looking for a towing company, unless you want your residents to be harassed by contractors do not use this company. It is important to emphasize my vehicle is parked in accordance with what my property requires, and this behavior is still prevalent. Even if a vehicle is parked improperly this disgusting behavior from a place of business is outrageous. read more

Axle Towing towed my truck from my driveway. I live in a condo, the HOA published parking rules June 15th. The rules clearly show I was not violating the rules. The rules stipulate you can park in your driveway if you are working on your home just not overnight. The rules actually recommend parking on the street I live on. I signed the rules and follow them. I was working in my garage with the door down using A/C to keep it cool when Axle towed my truck. I didn't hear them, I guess they tried to be quiet. When i heard them pull away, I went outside & tried to flag down the driver, they saw me but drove right past. I called Axle within 2 minutes of being towed. I tried to reason, I was looking at the parking rules I just signed & verified I didn't break them. I offered to email the rules to Axle so they could read them. They told me they didn't care what I signed. I fully admit after trying to be reasonable, I lost my temper for a minute & dropped an f-bomb, but regained composure. I acknowledge this isn't acceptable and I apologize. It's hard dealing with upset customers. I called 2 more times. The second call, the guy was sympathetic but explained he was only the answering service. The guy I talked to the 3rd call obviously worked at Axle, he had spoken to the lady from my first call. His response was the same as the hers, he said the rules the HOA sent Axle must be different than the rules I signed. I offered to email him what I signed, he said he didn't care. I asked hIm send me what the HOA provided them. He said my issue was with the HOA and he wasn't sending me anything. Quit honestly I initially posted a scathing review with details that I can back up. But after thinking about it, I want to be fair, I don't want to leave that review until I receive a copy of what the HOA sent Axle. As a former business owner I know people write terrible things true or not. In this case I can back up everything including a copy of the parking rules and a neighbor that witnessed much of what took place. But if Axle was provided different parking rules than I was provided my issue isn't with Axle, they did their job. I'm requesting Axle provide me a copy of the parking rules they received from the HOA. Seems like a reasonable request that would help everyone & resolve this quickly. I made the same request of the HOA. Either way I will receive them. If they match what I signed I will ask Axle to make this right. If Axle is an honest business I assume that is what they will want too. If it was an HOA error, I will leave an updated positive review of Axle. Axle please help. read more

Would give zero stars if I could, driver and his wife are homophobic and continuously made rude comments while loading up our cars. Not only are they rude to work with, show a complete lack of care for our vehicles and damaged the bumper while loading.... They think they are safe since they are employed thru apartment complexes to come tow cars for them however with their attitudes/lack of care for the vehicles they tow, I could see them going under real soon. Made my complaints with management along with many others and was notified that they will be looking into a different company now. read more

These tow people's cars for nothing just to make evil money. I parked my car for 5 minutes in a loading/offloading zone to drop my groceries in the house. Came out after 5 mins when Axle had towed my car. It was so heartbreaking given the financial situation we are facing right-now, and they made me pay $315 for nothing. They operate such a dubious and fraudulent business just to make money from poor people who are trying to make ends meet. They robbed my rent because of their stupid and evil way of making money. I would understand if my car had been parked for more than 10mins. But I went to drop my groceries for 5 mins!!! That's robbery. It's not business. They claimed it's a fire lane yet it clearly wasn't a fire lane . Even the property office never told them to do that but they do it dubiously to make money without the knowledge of the property office that gave them the contract. Even their office can tell you that something is not right. The office is dark, with rude staff that have an attitude. I even doubt if they pay right amount of tax given the fact that they don't allow card Payments. They tow People's cars and demand cash. I am a community nurse who provides care to clients in need in Maricopa county. I left my vehicle in an apartment parking lot for ten minutes while I went to check in with a client. I parked in a parking space , did not obstruct any traffic, the parking lot was basically empty, no security guards and the space was not marked as a reserved spot. When I came out my car was gone. I reported it stolen but was informed by PD that the car was towed due to not having a parking permit. They towed the vehicle in the ten minutes that I was providing services from Dobson and University in Mesa to Meridian and Apache Trail in Apache Junction. This ten minute visit cost me $305 to get it out of impound and time away from my other clients. I guess my hard work to feed my family and care for my clients is less important then the money hungry scammers in the world. This place is shady! Beware. Oh oh and the report receipt they provided states that the complaint request and time on scene are one minute apart. It's Poor business to scam on others to make a quick buck. Yes I know you are going to say that there are signs posted and the car did not have a permit but the bottom line is that SHADY is just SHADY. You obviously have people sitting in the parking lot monitoring for people to leave their vehicles. But like I said. You obviously need the money more then I do. read more

Bought a used car, filled it up with gas, and it would not start! Less than a mile from home I was worried I'd have to pay too much and wait forever for a tow! From the first phone call everything went so smoothly! Office staff was so nice, they fit me in almost immediately, and the tow guy was great too! I dont even know where to start... parked at an apartment complex to see a family member for 20 minutes! There were 0 signs stating anything about prohibited parking. Came out and my car was gone. Ok now I'm in a panic ....but never fear axle towing took it and that is where the fun began for me and my 12 year old son. $305.00 to pick up my car an hour and a half away from home. Wait it gets much better! Go in to retrieve my car and they would not accept my title as my diseased grandfathers name was it too. Lost a day of work to go out there and the amazingly rude woman behind the desk proceeds to say... I don't care that your grandpa is dead.... you will not be getting your car back! Now living in Arizona we all know that there are record breaking temperatures... my son and I had to walk everywhere in 115 degree weather for work and school. Keep in mind my car is fully paid off and I should have had access to it the day I came in with proof of ownership! I know these crooks have a job to do... but realistically they not only had my car for 8 days until I could get my grandpas name off the title... but also cost me 3 days of work, my son a week of school, and $600 that was for rent. I had my first experience with Axle Towing and I am extremely disappointed on how they operate and communicate with their customers. My car was towed, I did not know what was going on, but I was able to track my cars location to at an abandoned lot behind some secluded buildings. I go to check what is going on and as soon as the driver sees me attempt to engage in conversation he immediately takes off. He then proceeds to antagonize by smiling and sending out offensive hand signals. His actions made me feel unsure and was honestly quite alarming, so I made sure to follow him to learn where my car was going. Once we arrived, he refused to communicate or provide any information on how to get my car back. The police arrived and then we were given further information. Waste of my time and money. The next day, they lady at the office told me they are not nice to individuals who's car they tow, which is fine, whatever but removing someone's property and not communicating the steps that need to be done to get the car back is not a matter of building a good rapport but it is your job as a business, to provide people with that information. If you are in need of towing assistance please go support a company that is ethical, majority of us are car owners and we do not need our cities infiltrated by these people. read more
