I made an appt. for a Saturday mid-day pickup... she confirmed with me the day before, texted me when she was 15 minutes out, and showed up exactly on time. Love that I didn't need to follow up with her beforehand to confirm things. All in all, things went great and I'll def. use her again if need be. As other reviewers have said, their phone staff is extremely rude, dismissive and they fail to provide all of the information needed to customers. The phone staff was rude to State Farm Roadside Assistance Agents on conference calls and also when addressing their own Tow Drivers at the point of pickup and payment! They're antiquated on payment methods. They can't scan cards. No SQUARE or phone pay methods. I wanted to use my Discover card and the woman who answered driver's call yelled WHAT KIND OF CARD IS THAT??!!! When the tow driver said Discover, she lost her ish. NO, NO, NO! WE ONLY TAKE CASH, VISA, MASTERCARDS! (Works n been nice to be told that 6 hours prior when scheduled my 3-4 hour vehicle pickup.
