I have a lifted tundra went to this place to get a new tie rod installed and alignment done. I have specifically spec for them to do, at the beginning I call ask them if they can do it they told me they do lifted tundra all the time. So today is the 3rd time I went back because my front tires is getting wearing on putter edge of the tire, they do not follow my spec sheet I give to them, the guy in the front keeps give me other reason saying my part was broken also tell me this is lifted tundra problem. I just give up when he blaming it's tundra problem I have know many lifted tundra don't have this problem, if they follow the spec I ask them. Now I need to replace my front 2 tires because of them. read more

18 STARS!! Axle and Wheel are awesome! My 2017 Ford Fusion was pulling really hard to the left so I just knew I needed a front end alignment. I called several places and were given various prices or told the business I was calling didn't do front end alignments. However, EVERY SINGLE PLACE I called that didn't do them in about a 30 mile radius of my house all recommended this place. I now know why! I called to make an appointment and was told they only make appointments on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday unlucky for me I could only go a Friday. So I asked what would be the best time to show up on a Friday, the gentleman told me "be here by 7 am when we open or you will be here a while". So last Friday (2/28/20) morning I showed up at 6:45 just to make sure I wouldn't have to wait forever on my day off work. They weren't lying about the wait if you don't show up by 7. As I sat there waiting for those small little 15 mins 5 trucks pulled up to all have some sort of services done! Yikes, I thought well this is going to be awhile. At about 6:55 the other drivers started getting out of their trucks and standing at the door so I followed suit. By the time I got to the door there were about 6 of us standing there. They opened their doors right at 7 am and we all filed into the building. I ended up being 4th in line to the desk. But the guy at the counter saw me and said to me, "ma'am weren't you first in the parking lot?" I said yes and he pulled me the front of the line :) He immediately gave my key to the repair tech and I sat in their waiting area expecting to be there for about an hour. About 5 mins later the repair tech comes and gets me from the waiting area and basically said he didn't feel comfortable taking my money because I needed tires not a front end alignment! I was shocked! They didn't recommend a tire company so I know they weren't getting a kick back from anyone they honestly just didn't feel comfortable taking my money when it was not needed! Unfortunately for me I did end up spending way more on my car Friday for tires then I was planning with just a front end alignment. But when I got to the tire place and told them what happened they all looked at me like I was crazy! They couldn't believe a place would send me and my money away like that just to be honest! They will definitely be my 1 and ONLY recommendation for front end alignments from here on out! Complete waste of time and energy. If you're not calling them every 5 minutes and be on top of them they are going to just have your truck sitting their all day and then skip half the work and say they did the work and lie to your face. Dropped my 95 Toyota off for a rear differential oil flush, CV axles install, tire rotation and alignment was quoted a few days. The day after I went back to drop off my spare tire so it gets rotated with the rest of the tires since this will be the very first rotation since I got the 5 tires I also marked the 5 wheels with a marker as the two employees are working on the CV axle install and I place the spare tire next to a column by the truck. I get a call to come back for the truck a few days later and I show up and the alignment was still not done. They said it would be another 20 to 30 minutes. I wait there for 15 and my truck is still parked in the bay not getting touched at all. I end up leaving and saying I'll return the following week. As I drive it home I see the my original spare tire was still in the bed of the truck with the new label so i know for a fact that it was not rotated in. I check under my truck, the tire rotation was not done at all as the tires I had marked are still in the same position. I check my receipt and the tire rotation was not on the receipt only the CV AXLE install and diff flush. I call and tell them I'll return to get it done the following week. I return the following week to get the tire rotation done and alignment. And the employee checking me in has no idea what I'm talking about when it comes to a standard 4x4 5 tire rotation. I had to sit there and explain to him what that was and then he follows up with telling me I can't do that and that they don't do that type of rotation because my "old tires" will not wear the same with the "new" tire. The employee was assuming my 4 tires are really old and that i just bought the 5th one recently. He then proceeds to tell me that the tires were actually rotated already and it's on video. This was totally made up because the tires were marked and my 5th tire i brought in was in the bed of the truck with its label, my front tires rub on the fenders and the wear from that is still on the front tires. I leave the truck for the rotation and alignment and was quoted 2 hours to come back. They called me 2 hours later that they couldn't open the camper shell where my spare tire was located. I tell them exactly how to open lock and they were going to try. 3 hours pass, 5 hours after original check in and I just drive up there. And the tires have still not been rotated. Nobody called to tell me they still had trouble all the bays were empty and my truck was parked outside with the employees just standing around inside. I am completely disappointed with the poor professionalism, poor quality of the entire process. If I didn't show up that truck was going to be sitting there for days not doing anything. everybody seems to not care about anything and have this "well that's not my job, ask him" mentality and it just becomes an overall mess. Take your beater trucks and work trucks here but don't expect quality service, you have to be on top of them or else nothing will get done. It seems like the employees are less knowledgeable on the subject and way more prepared and really good at being defensive and arguing then to helping the customer figure out a solution when they make mistakes. read more

BE AWARE So I recently changed my control arms myself and then I needed a alignment. I went to century automotive which I have been going for years and they were beyond packed and told me they wouldn't be able to get to it till tomorrow, So I got on yelp and searched for alignment shops in the area and came across this one. I took it in and the gentleman that helped me was very friendly. As they began the alignment they told me my tie rod was seized and needed to be replaced to be aligned . They gave me a quote and I told them to do the work and I would pick the car up after hours. They called me a few hours later for my credit card info to pay them . By that that time I had already called a few parts suppliers and the BMW dealership as I was curious about the cost I was told. Long story short I was quoted more for a aftermarket part that what the dealer charges for a oem tie rod . I asked about the price of the part and was told that's what the cost is, at that time I told them about the prices I had found for the same part . They didn't know what to say and then finnaly they admitted that they up charge parts 30-40℅ . I was SHOCKED . Why are they attempting to make more money off parts when they already get the parts 10℅ of retail since they have a shop account? . The shop is supposed to make money on labor and services not screw the customer out of money. I also noticed that they charge a Shop Fee and a Shop material fee. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the shop fee supposed to cover the shop materials? That's how every other shop I have ever had my car at does it . Not only that but the alignment was subpar and has to be realigned but I don't ever want to step foot there again. They lost a new customer as I will never go back. I guess I learned my lesson and only stick with the shop I know and trust . read more

Went in at 1:15 pm on a Wednesday for a tire rotation. Most places wanted an arm and a leg or won't even touch my truck due to my tire size. Discount wouldn't touch the truck because the tires are 35x12.5x20 on 20x12 wheels. I was in and out in 25 minutes and only out of pocket $18. Will be returning for any other vehicle issues I run into with both of my vehicles. read more
