The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. I called Premo and Sergio sent over 2 techs within the hour. They were able to resolve the issue in half an hour. They were polite and professional. It was a simple fix and it cost me $350 vs 1100. His bank kept rejecting my payments and I ended up having to pay his wife's zelle account (??)  Long version: Romo took almost 2 months to complete my project of replacing the subpanel, adding a 20 amp circuit, and repairing any damaged drywall. He and his team cancelled/ no showed on my tenant more than 5 times and was super unresponsive when scheduling. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

I've used other electricians in…read morethe past and, much like anything else, it is hard to find a good balance between paying outrageous prices provided by the bigger local companies and using the guy willing to do it on the low, but likewise does sloppy work. Le certainly does not fit into either of these categories. He does high-quality work for an honest price. At this point Le has done several electrical jobs for me at my house, including: recessed lighting in my office, rerouting our microwave breaker (which was hooked up to several other outlets and lighting for some reason), grounding and replacing a bad external GCFI, among other things. In one case, Le underestimated the cost and time for a project, but honored his quote none the less. If nothing else, I appreciate honesty and quality work, which I know I will get both from him - which I is why I am and will continue to be a return customer. As a word of caution, he is a one-man shop, so be patient as he gets very busy sometimes. If you hire him to do your work, rest-assured it will be done right. Thanks again, Le!
