His team was professional and was so accommodating. They helped clear a part of the garage without a complaint in order to run the wires properly. Now that work is complete, im looking forward to finishing up with the chandeliers. Thanks, Romo!!!

My experience with ER Electric was really bad. I went with them because their reviews were so good…read morebut the negative reviews aligned with my experience.  TLDR:  - random cancellations, no shows, and no response when trying to reschedule - still has not provided a receipt for my $3000 payment, after having asked numerous times - shady payments via zelle. His bank kept rejecting my payments and I ended up having to pay his wife's zelle account (??)  Long version: Romo took almost 2 months to complete my project of replacing the subpanel, adding a 20 amp circuit, and repairing any damaged drywall. He and his team cancelled/ no showed on my tenant more than 5 times and was super unresponsive when scheduling. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

Not Ochoa Electric. They explain their pricing for my electrical issues from the start so I wouldn't be surprised. I give them a 10 out of 10 for their overall great service. They have my friends and my business. Thank you Ochoa Electric technician, Jose M, for your honesty. It definitely comes from the top.

Gave me some excellent tips to pass on to Bert my very experienced handyman. I can easily recommend Ochoa Electric to anyone. And, they are pretty darn good on RVs as well having worked on other RVs in my Park. My problem started 2 days before their arrival. I have a very experienced RV repairman (Bert). He told me I needed to have a Licensed Electrician to check out my electrical problem (that is one of the things about Bert I love...he is not ashamed to tell me when I need to hire a pro). They understood everything I shared with them about how my electrical problem unfolded and what Bert thought we needed to check. They went to work checking out everything I showed them and what Bert told me to pass on. They found the problem. It was a simple problem of loose connection(s) in an older RV. It is great to work with professionals!
