Fantastic Service, very personable and easy to talk to about my eyes. The doctor gave a lot of great information on how I could manage my vision and what is impacting it negatively. The selection of frames were nice everything from non-namebrand to Tom Ford frames. They were very helpful even though it took me a while to pick out just the right frame for my face I have to say I would not have been able to pick out a good one without the help of the assistant, she even pulled out some from the back that were not on display and sure I got the perfect fit. Great selection. Very patient folks. Make sure your measurements are taken from a fully seated set of glasses for accuracy. That's the only thing that kept it from being five stars. Also, make sure to communicate your expectations and and them to clearly tell you what it is you are receiving. Our appointments usually consist of my husband and myself and all 3 of our children and the staff is always pleasant, never seem to be irritated by constant interruptions and even offer the kids snacks. I've been going here for about 4 years now, both doctors are amazingly helpful. They remember you, ask you how you are doing, and always make sure you're getting the best care possible. They will give you good advice on how you should spend financially on your eyeglasses and/or contacts, and they will genuinely help you with any issues that you have. All the assistants are also very helpful and help me every time in finding the perfect glasses for my face shape. I always had my glasses done at Costco thinking "glasses are glasses" but Axis Eye has changed my mind. The staff is very professional and Dr Shah is great. The glasses end up being more expensive but the quality is much better. If you have any problems with the glasses, they go out of their way to make it right. My husband had to have glasses redone because of something that happened at the lab and we didn't get charged a second time like we would have at Costco. read more

This is the best optometry clinic I have ever been to. So I lost my prescription glasses on New Year's Eve and I needed a replacement fast. I have never been to axis before and it was close to where I work at. I called them and asked if there was any openings for today. Their schedule was booked for a whole week, but they were able to squeeze me in the same day. When I walked in, the facility was very clean and had a huge selection of glass frames hanging on the wall. I was greeted immediately by the staff. Muey was the one who helped me get checked in and get ready to see Dr. Shah. She is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable through the whole preparation. Shortly after, Dr. Shah came in and greeted me. The greeting was very formal and respectful. We took turns introducing ourselves and in no time, I was very comfortable with Dr. Shah. He is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely has your best interest in mind. The examination was very detailed to get the most accurate results. He gave me a few recommendations and explained my results. Then came the hardest part of the process, which is choosing the best frame to fit my weird shaped head. Muey did an amazing job. I narrowed my picks between 5 different frames and with her help I was able to choose the perfect frame for myself. The payment process was very quick and easy because they accept different types of cards. I was able to accomplish everything I wanted in a timely manner and the experience was very enjoyable. I got a call that I could come and bring my kids to an earlier appointment at 2:15. They told me be there 15 minutes early, so I did. I got there at 1:55 to be considerate and filled out my paperwork. After about 20-25 minutes of waiting and filling out paperwork I was approached and told that my kids could finally be seen. A lady did an eye assessment on both of my children, then we were escorted to another room where we were told we would be seen. About an hour later no one is to be seen until the same lady told me that the optometrist would be running late! After about an hour and a half of my time wasted there I did walk out. This is also not the first time they have done this. Do not give them your business. read more

Wow! We had an amazing first visit. The office is really beautiful, clean, and every staff member is friendly and welcoming. Our doctor was very friendly and made our visit very fun. I felt really comfortable and trusted him. I was surprised that the glasses I had weren't working for me, and when he let me look through new lenses it was like a whole new world. All the ladies were also very fun and friendly, and they made our visit enjoyable. There is a great selection of glasses! I loved the wide variety and that they had all the latest trends. They had my favorite brands and styles. They found me the perfect pair of glasses for my petite face :) Oh-and the prices are SO good! I feel ripped off by our old optometrist because we spent a fortune, and here are amazing glasses at the best prices. Better than online and Costco. I honestly can't wait to pick them up and see better. We brought our two young children who were welcomed and given lots of toys and coloring things.
