Terrible service. Signed a contract and was ghosted for a week. Called a week later to follow up and was told they didn't see the contract was signed. Was also told I was going to be called back with an update. I called back a week later since I received no update and was told I would get a call back at the end of the day which I didn't. Then call the next morning I called and was told they won't be doing my project. Super unprofessional would not recommend this company what so ever. Clay is not the right man for the job and the owner shouldn't be doing business if he is going to be unprofessional like that. read more

Axiom 360 did a fantastic job of getting my new roof and solar system installed quickly as we were running against the clock to obtain the solar tax credit that was expiring at the end of 2025. The salesman, Jeff was extremely helpful and communicative in explaining to me our roofing options (needing replacement due to the prior roof's age) and the solar system we would need to minimize any future payments to PGE as well as obtaining tax credits and rebates. We had a complication in that we were in the process of purchasing the house and the purchase was not set to go final until early-mid December 2025. Also, the holidays. Axiom staff stepped up big time. Even though they had other projects in the works, they squeezed us in. These complications required continuous coordination between Axiom representatives with the prior home owner (who was still occupying the house), and separately me because the prior owner's agent made it clear that the sellers and buyers (me) were not to directly communicate. In other words, Axiom had to work this project with two "owners" of the house, owners that were instructed to not talk to each other. As I was a "newbie" to solar I had lots of questions (and a desire for perfection). Clay and Justin were extremely patient with me every time I emailed, called, texted or visited their shop (to drop off payments) to coordinate the work, and for them to explain exactly what was being installed and all the installation steps that were being taken. I especially want to call out Justin and Sean for making sure we got the system hooked up as quickly as possible to PGE to export energy to the grid. Sean came by twice after the installation was complete, first to ensure PGE would bless the hookup and second to walk me through the system and show me how to work the App. The roof looks great and the system is working great. I strongly recommend these folks for roofing and solar system installations. read more

We could not be more pleased with Axiom. We contacted them and they were able to schedule a time very soon thereafter to inspect our roof. Josue called ahead of time to, in fact, be early. There were minor repairs that Josue was able to address on the spot. We will absolutely use Axiom in the future. read more

We had 28 solar panels put on our brand new home five years ago by a well known solar company. They did a terrible job of installing them, leaving a lot of broken tiles which compromised the integrity of the roof. They refused to back their workmanship and ghosted us. We didn't want to enter into a legal battle, so we elected to pay to have the damage fixed ourselves. Needless to say, our faith in contractors was a little shaken, so we were very careful about choosing a roofing company to do the repairs. Since the solar panels had to be removed and reinstalled to make the repairs, we wanted to hire one company that could do both. Axiom 360 is a roofing company and a solar installer, and they have exceptional Yelp reviews. Eric came out to look at our house and our solar setup to give us an estimate, and we were astonished when he saw that several of our panels were offline and fixed them for us on the spot. We hadn't even hired them yet! That sold us on the integrity and professionalism of the company, and we were very pleased at their competitive estimate. A team arrived only a week later, which is especially amazing since we are located in Heritage Ranch, about as far north in their service area as you can get. Eric kept in constant communication on every aspect of the process. He also checked our equipment settings to make sure we were getting the most out of our panels and batteries. The roofing crew worked efficiently and were respectful of our property, cleaning up at the end of each day. When the project was finished, all the construction materials were hauled away and it was as if they had never been here. The job was completely finished within two weeks of our first phone call. Justin has been great to work with throughout the project and to follow up to make sure we are happy with the work. We highly recommend Axiom 360 for their roofing and solar expertise, as well as their honesty and exceptional customer service. read more

Good service with Axiom 360. Josue the Roofer works very hard and has patience to find leak.

Communication great! Came on time and looked to be very thorough. Josue answered all of our questions!

This place is a rip off. I got 4 quotes- and accidentally sent one to them. They used the quote against me. I got two other quotes $2K less... and the one I accidentally sent was $5K. They tried to act like they were doing me a favor by coming in $400 less than the quote I sent them. Infuriating and clearly dishonest. Will NOT BE doing business with them. I advise you to get other quotes. Also had to follow up Numerous times to even get a quote. read more

Still waiting for install due to a permit, so work is not done yet, but boy do they have great customer service. No hesitation to recommend! read more

My roof and solar look great. Workers were efficient and did a good clean up. Just make sure to check their math at every step. no one ever came out and measured my roof. They over estimated the size of my roof by over 1000 square feet on the first estimate. How they got their measurement, I don't know. Their contract offers 2 free sheets of underlayment. They charged me for over 7 sheets worth with no discount for the first two sheets. read more

I didn't have a lot of knowledge going into this project but the team at Axiom 360 really took the time to explain the process and advise me towards options that made the most sense for my situation I really appreciate their thoroughness and continual communication from start to finish, and even a follow up after to make sure I was still loving my new roof I will definitely refer them when anyone mentions needing roof work done in the future Thank you Axiom 360 read more

Great service. Highly recommend them. They do quality work in a timely manner. Easy to work with. Very impressed with their work.

Great experience. We hired them to do our solar, and also had them do roof repairs at a later date. The team was kind, courteous and capable! They completed the roof repair in record time. The quote was fair and competitive, too! read more

A friend is a highly experienced home inspector and recommended Axiom 360. I am so glad I added Axiom to the list of installers I requested proposals from. The company manager Ryan came to my house and quickly impressed me with their ability to do the project the way I needed it to be done. Geraldine was our project manager and was a great communicator throughout the process. Our system is up and feeding the grid. We just have to wait now for PG&E to issue us the Permission-To-Operate (PTO) and practically "zero" our monthly bills here on out. If any reader is considering solar, or knows anyone considering it, they won't find a better company in SLO County to work with than Axiom 360! read more

Quick and efficient. We are very happy with the roof so far. Wonderful customer service.

We live in Arroyo Grande. We chose Axiom to install our solar panels, largely because they are a local, small business. They have been wonderful to work with from the very beginning all the way through to the installation and inspection. They have been on top of the process every step of the way. Courteous, very responsive and professional. Their installation crew was fast, informative and clean. We are very glad that we decided to partner with Axiom for our rooftop solar project. Axiom 360 is a fantastic company to work with. I got quotes from five different companies and Axiom 360 did the best job of answering all my question. They were patient with me while I was deciding between roof mount or ground mount options. On top of that they had a fair price with great responsive follow up. Their installation crew was professional and proficient. I am so happy with my solar experience. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Axiom 360 - Love my ground mount solar from Axiom 360 - Solar Installation Near Me - Grover Beach, California

From start to finish, the team at Axiom360 were professional, responsive and kind. Starting with David in sales who explained our options and worked out the kinks with the finance company to Fernanda who's made navigating both regulatory and scheduling as painless as possible to the install team of Nick, Brandon and Ron who made quick work of installation and communicated updates and timelines and tolerated my hanging around bugging them, we're thrilled we chose Axiom360. If you're considering solar for your house, do yourself a favor and contact Axiom360. read more

I had conversations and bids from 5 companies. I chose Axiom 360 because: 1) their brand (Enphase) of the panel is highly rated; 2) their pricing was competitive; and, 3) their references were quite good. Their installation was swift, efficient, and not very disruptive. I highly recommend a conversation with this company if you're considering solar. Ryan, my salesperson, was an excellent communicator. He kept me informed at every point -- including recent information about an increase in the tax credit. I especially appreciated his customer service because I'm not a techie and feel I need to trust those with this expertise. Trust is a big deal for me. read more

From Ryan, the sales guy on down to the installers, Axiom 360 is a great company to go with if you want Solar! Ryan has a ton of knowledge and answered every question we had. The installers were super professional and listened to where we wanted stuff installed on the house. Also I had received quotes from 3 different solar companies and Axiom 360 beat them all! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Axiom 360 for all your solar needs! read more

The project went better than any project we've had done on our house. The men showed up promptly and worked very hard with only a short lunch break. They fixed little issues we noticed before we had a chance to mention them. Each day our property was left spotless. I was so surprised to see that they painted the breather pipes on the roof and the big electrical stand brown to match the roof! They also cleaned our skylights and roof windows that seldom get cleaned. We really appreciate their hard and meticulous work. read more

Very professional, great people interacting with me as customer, and got the work done. They cleaned up, made sure to respond to my questions, listened to suggestions, and did about as good a job as any contractor can do. Had obtained prior estimates from other providers, so knew what the costs were. There costs were right in line with the competition, but as a local contractor, were always available. Also, in some magic way, the day the county inspector approved the work, PG&E sent email notice that they had accepted the system. The people at Axiom were the ones taking responsibility for working with PG&E, and obviously did a great job at that too. read more

Everyone we have worked with goes above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth as possible. They answer right away, spend the extra time to make sure you are comfortable with your understanding about the solar process and are proactive with their project updates. Absolutely would recommend and am proud that such a great company is on the Central Coast. read more

I did my due diligence before committing to a solar company. Axiom 360 was the best price and frankly, from the get-go, the most responsive. I would give Axiom 360 six stars if I could. After calling a few other companies (some who actually laughed at me when I asked if the roof could be replaced this year before winter) I became dejected and began dreading the next call. When I finally received an estimate from someone for what I felt was a lot more money than it should (with very little warranty), I heard about Axiom 360. They told me they only use shingles that are warranted for 50 years, and quoted me a much better price (which never changed). Every time I interacted with anyone from Axiom 360 they were more than just friendly and polite, they would go above and beyond great customer service. In fact they were able to replace my roof two weeks earlier than first thought, and made the process far less stressful than it had been. If you are like me and are putting off getting help with roof repairs, replacement or even just an inspection, call Axiom 360. I can't emphasize how much happier a I am because I did. read more

We used Axiom 360 for our Solar Panel purchase/install because they were local and with great reviews. Axiom 360 staff is very informative and responsive. Axiom 360 is a great company with really good customer service. I chose Axiom 360 after contacting six different companies for quotes through EnergySage. I liked the fact that they were local and their price was competitive. I was very impressed that when I called the phone number on the quote that one of the owners answered, not a salesperson. They are also an electrical contractor which was very helpful since our main panel needed to be upgraded to a 200 watt. We own a second home/vacation rental on the central coast and it was challenging to find an available date between rentals and all of the rain this season. Axiom 360 was very flexible and was able to complete the installation around our schedule. There was a minor problem with the electric panel upgrade and Axiom 360 responded quickly and resolved the issue the same day. My solar system is now installed and I'm seeing a huge savings on my PG&E bill. Thanks Axiom 360! read more

We love having solar! Ryan was extremely professional and easy to work with. He explained all the options and then just let us decide without any pressure. All aspects of our experience with going solar were positive and professional and we love the money we are saving! read more
