So, their focus is for convience of the renters, not to the unit owner still living in the units! So, there no rules inforced, tenants park anywhere, garbage overload with trash, broken garage gates, no communication when it will be serviced... I mostly blame the Forest Mews board members, however WFL truly SUCKS! But I must admit, WFL is good and timely at email notices that common charges are due!!

The property management service here is awful…read more The company is nonresponsive, except to the board president. My attorney had to copy every member of the board on every email to him and even then took him days to respond. I had to physically drive to the office in Norwalk to get a response. I was also treated with terrible misogyny on multiple occasions and, after discussion, I discovered that the women in my community were treated badly by him and the men never were. That is unacceptable. In addition, the man assigned to my community had no idea what a home improvement contractor's license was or that it is required by law for anyone performing work on the building. So, he didn't check for that before having work done. The level of incompetence was truly astonishing. My attorney is going to report this company to the department of consumer protection.

Excellent communication & very helpful with all aspects of the process. Highly recommend!

I worked with Peter, but glad I did because it prevented me from making a huge mistake by moving…read moreinto one of his apartments when I clearly should not have. Saw postings for a 1br apartment in Stamford, which looked to have good Sq footage, large rooms, great light, and a nice porch to hangout on; however, once arriving to the place shown on Zillow, not only did Peter show up 20 minutes late (to traffic... shocking!), but also showed me a completely different apartment. I was in a bunkbed apartment, where rooms were awkwardly leveled ontop of eachother, the rooms were dark, no access to the porch, and out of the 11 photos that he posted to Zillow only one matched, and that was of the actual house. I was rushed through the apartment and still decided to take the apartment for convenience purposes (reduces my drive to school by 45 minutes). Peter told me that I was able to move in within one week, which was fine with me. After leaving, Peter asked me to fill out an additional application sent via email ( I suppose the one on Zillow wasn't sufficient, although I paid an application fee for background check and pay verification). Anyways, I filled out his application, but it asked for my bank account and social security numbers. I was not going to send him that information again, because it was already verified on Zillow. Subsequently, I submit the application and he then proceeds to text me requesting my social security number. I hesitantly sent it (he claims he needed to run a background check, but zillow does all that for him). Needless to say, after I sent him my social security number he never reached back out to me. No follow-up. No explanation. No denied application. Just nothing. In my opinion, Peter is unprofessional and out of touch with reality! Do not rent from this agent nor agency... something just isn't right about them!
