This is completely unethical and taking extreme measures to ensure they take action on this case immediately.

I own several properties in Stamford and have worked with many other property managers who are much more responsive, professional, and competent. You can't get anyone to pick up the phone in their "office", I'm actually doubtful anyone there is working close to full time there, if at all. They are sitting back and clipping coupons and not actually managing the properties they are paid to manage.
