Valon actually went to the Department of Transportation multiple times, waiting in line to get the right forms, find a person to work with, and kept at it until that too was erased from the records, all of which will enable the new owners a much easier transition when they need to deal with these various departments. In the course of all of these governmental responsibilities, which he did not have to undertake, we needed to find a home for one of our tenants, our son, before our closing. Again, Valon's knowledge of the area, of the market, and what was available in a restricted price range helped immeasurably as the best solution for our son was the purchase of a HDFC co-op! We would never have known about that. While that market is certainly tricky to deal with, Valon was on top of corresponding with owners, sellers, brokers, housing boards - a multitude of people and after one deal fell through, was able to help close another deal just ten days before we were to close on our townhouse!
