About Jodi Boxer, realtor I chose Jodi Boxer as my realtor because I learned she had a positive presence in my Condo Community. I also saw her in action. She handled my neighbor's sale. It was a difficult sale and I saw that it required patience and perseverance. When I decided to put my condo on the market it seemed obvious that she would be my choice. As a senior, I was downsizing significantly and moving to a different state and housing situation. Jodi asked me what I required in a realtor. I told her I needed someone who would be with me every step of the way. And I would require significant hand holding. I bought and sold three houses in my lifetime but I knew this would be complicated. Jody proved to be brilliant. She handled every nuance of the process. From preparing the house for listing. To managing an open house. To dealing with an inspector who was perspicacious in every respect, to managing the complexity of closing. At each step of the way, Jodi showed competence and assured me that we would succeed. She also had a terrific team of experts in her Rolodex. From terrific painters, to stagers, to haulers, to gardeners, to cleaning services. It was less than 10 weeks since our initial meeting to closing, and all went surprisingly smoothly. In summary, she is the consummate professional. In addition to her real estate skills and understanding, she operates with ethical principles in every aspect of her transactions. I recommend her highly. She is the best. read more

I am a new home buyer and I closed on March 31, 2020. As a new buyer, I was definitely in over my head and wasn't always sure what the process would be like. Jessica walked me through step-by-step throughout the entire process and made sure I understood everything and was extremely helpful throughout my buying experience. She did extensive research on all properties I was interested in, listened to all of my concerns as well as likes and she even would check out properties on my behalf and facetime me during the workday so that I could still be a part of it. Jessica went above and beyond for me and always kept in contact and recommended to me the best mortgage loan lender who I am very happy with. She was extremely easy to get a hold of, would answer my calls and texts very quickly and she would always check in on me. She is extremely knowledgable and gave me so much insight when buying my first place. Luke, who is part of Boxer realty, was also very helpful in this process. He had great recommendations and was on top of everything as well as kept me up-to-date with all the paperwork and processes that go into buying. I couldn't be happier with Jessica and all of Boxer Realty, and I am now a new homeowner at the age of 26! I would highly recommend Boxer Realty for all of your housing needs, especially if you are a new buyer. Who knew buying a home could be so easy. Thank you Jessica and the entire Boxer group! read more

FULL SERVICE. That's what you get when you work with Jodi and her team. Jodi is just not a realtor. She is an adviser who consults with you on exactly what you are looking for and then brings in her team to execute. In our situation, we wanted to sell the home we lived in for 17 years in North Stamford. 3 years ago, she came and gave us the honest view of the market and what we could get. At that time our home was worth $350,000 less than it was now, so we did not engage her in the sale...however, due to her expertise and attention, we promised her that we would use her when the time was right. Being a man of my word, I called Jodi in January for another opinion. Jodi was honest about home values and helped us to price our home for sale. Not only did we sell our house within 7 days at just above asking price, but Jodi helped us to stage the house and get it in move-in condition for the potential buyers. She even got us help with a contractor who helped us paint and do other minor work. And she recommended a fantastic attorney who was extremely helpful and priced right. That's what I mean by "FULL SERVICE". read more

We were relocating our of state for a new job and had to sell our house in Norwalk. We worked with another realtor for a few months with virtually no selling effort and no activity. We made the switch to Jodi and her team and the change in the approach to marketing our house was dramatic. Their attention to detail in presenting the house (pictures and video were done very professionally), their responsiveness and overall professional approach to selling our house was a marked contrast to our previous realtor's efforts. As such, we had an offer within days of putting the house back on the market (in a very soft market) and she was able to negotiate good terms and an extended 90 day closing that we needed to time the selling of this house with the closing on the house we were building out of state. There were many houses around us that were For Sale, but ours was the only one with a Sold sign. I would highly recommend using Jodi and her team if you are serious about selling your house! read more

We first met Jodi Boxer in 2021, when we were only beginning to explore Stamford with no immediate plans to buy. Even before her role as our realtor, she played an important part in our journey by introducing us to the city, its schools, and the community. Thanks to her guidance, we felt confident that Stamford was the right place for our family, and that initial connection ultimately led us to move here. Over the years, Jodi continued to be a trusted resource and stayed connected as we rented and settled into the area. When the time finally came to buy our home, she was incredible. Her deep knowledge of the market, thoughtful advice, and excellent negotiation skills ensured that we found the right house for our family. Jodi's patience, dedication, and genuine care made all the difference throughout this process. Because of her, we didn't just purchase a house -- we truly found our home and community. We are so grateful and highly recommend her to anyone looking in the Stamford area. read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jodi Boxer and her team at Keller Williams to sell my father's condo, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Jodi demonstrated exceptional negotiation skills throughout the entire process. She was able to secure a fantastic deal for me, ensuring that I got the best possible price for the condo. One of the things that stood out to me was Jodi's in-depth knowledge of the local market. She ha a keen understanding of the current market trends and was able to accurately price my condo, which led to a very quick sale. Jodi's expertise was invaluable and gave me confidence throughout the selling process. Communication was also top-notch. Jodi and her team kept me informed every step of the way, promptly answering any questions I had and providing regular updates on the status of the sale. Their responsiveness and professionalism made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. read more

A little over a year ago my husband and I were thrown into an unexpected home search; and, given the circumstances, could definitely be described as extremely anxious and stressed. This being said, Jodi Boxer recommended we work with Jessica Buckley, describing her as one of her best agents, and she was absolutely correct....Jessica turned out to be more than amazing! We could write a review for an hour about our experience and how happy we were with Jessica, but will cut to the chase and simply say that she is smart, one of the most patient, kind, and understanding real estate agents we have encountered. She showed us dozens of homes and was always eager to accommodate our busy schedules, ultimately helping us find our perfect home. Jessica is very knowledgeable, full of great ideas, and an expert in her field. After helping to secure several great offers after less than a week on the market, Jodi was instrumental in helping us through every remaining step until our final closing. We were very pleased with your great results and sincerely thank you and your team for all of your efforts. We remember writing on your initial meeting questions as to what it would take to give you a 10 ++ rating -- i.e. selling the house within 30 days and within 5% of the asking price. Honestly we did not think that it could happen. But you certainly delivered the goods and gave us just what we had hoped could happen and indeed earned a full 10 ++ rating on your services. You have a great team of very professional and friendly people who were always willing to be helpful at every turn. read more

Jodi Boxer and her team were extremely helpful in every way during the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. Jodi is very knowledgeable and extremely capable, along with being such a pleasant person. Jessica is very warm and caring and she goes overboard to help her clients. Peter is simply one of the nicest people I have ever worked with and he takes care of every single detail in the utmost professional manner. Working with this team was the best part of my experience with buying and selling a house at the same time, which, in most cases, would drive anyone crazy. read more

Jodi is a warm and easy going individual, easy to work with, and thus her manner, years of experience and extensive knowledge of this market won me over right away. Jodi and her team kept me aware of what to expect every step throughout the selling process. Jodi could always put me at ease with any "challenges", and truly found a solution for every issue that arose. She referred me to a great attorney as well as a network of trustworthy folks in the trades or with the service companies we needed to get the house in tip-top shape and ready for the sale. read more

Jodi Boxer and her team treated our listing like it was their most important piece of business. They were good listeners and ensured that it was marketed effectively, and that showings were done expeditiously but at convenient times for us. Jodi, in particular, gave us an excellent perspective of the sales process at the very beginning, so we went into it with open eyes and there were no surprises. The entire process moved quickly from start to finish and we are very satisfied with the results, getting more than our asking price. read more

We thought Jodi was wonderful! She was our agent as we purchased our first house. Her team was flexible, responsive, and very knowledgeable. I don't think we would have been able to purchase the house we did (our dream house) without her expertise in the purchasing process and her recommendations for courses of action. Ultimately we ended up in the ideal house and paid a price we were comfortable with, largely because of Jodi. read more
