She went "above and beyond" - even helping me fix a problem area in the kitchen. The property looked fantastic when we finished with it so I said "why don't we see if we can sell it ?" To my surprise, she found a buyer with excellent financing! Elegant staging props were placed to enhance the listing. The property photos were gorgeous ! The offer was exactly what I wanted & negotiations were a breeze. The entire process went smoothly. It was the least stressful real estate transaction I've had in years. Excellent communication & very helpful with all aspects of the process. Highly recommend!

Saw postings for a 1br apartment in Stamford, which looked to have good Sq footage, large rooms, great light, and a nice porch to hangout on; however, once arriving to the place shown on Zillow, not only did Peter show up 20 minutes late (to traffic... shocking!), but also showed me a completely different apartment. I was in a bunkbed apartment, where rooms were awkwardly leveled ontop of eachother, the rooms were dark, no access to the porch, and out of the 11 photos that he posted to Zillow only one matched, and that was of the actual house. I was rushed through the apartment and still decided to take the apartment for convenience purposes (reduces my drive to school by 45 minutes). Peter told me that I was able to move in within one week, which was fine with me. After leaving, Peter asked me to fill out an additional application sent via email ( I suppose the one on Zillow wasn't sufficient, although I paid an application fee for background check and pay verification). Anyways, I filled out his application, but it asked for my bank account and social security numbers. I was not going to send him that information again, because it was already verified on Zillow. Subsequently, I submit the application and he then proceeds to text me requesting my social security number. I hesitantly sent it (he claims he needed to run a background check, but zillow does all that for him). Needless to say, after I sent him my social security number he never reached back out to me. No follow-up. No explanation. No denied application. Just nothing. In my opinion, Peter is unprofessional and out of touch with reality! Do not rent from this agent nor agency... something just isn't right about them!

Truthful and negative review of: Melanie Healey and her landlord husband John Jones…read more I moved into a FILTHY unit at 53 Prospect Street Apt 301 in Stamford on 11/07/2023. Please note: They had my money since September for this apartment. I have pictures of the following FILTH. My sister is a witness to this as is my friend who lives on the same floor in that building. The kitchen was literally covered in GREASE. Cat hair was on the stove and in the oven. The floor was filthy as was the bathroom. The refrigerator still had grease and food in the drawers and the place was infested with fleas, I later found out due to the over 60 bites on my back and torso. The drawers in the bathroom were full of pubic hair and shaving hair from the previous male tenant. This was disgusting. Melanie Healey, the owner of Newbridge Realty literally argued with me on the phone regarding the cleaning and said 'I'm just so sorry the cleaning is not up to YOUR expectations.' I have the phone recording. I broke the lease after five days. The HUSBAND, John Jones, refused to give me back the money due to me of $863 and sent NINE emails back and forth to me today, 12/30, that made zero sense that they needed to keep the $39 due to 'increased broker fees.' Do not rent from Newbridge Realty.

First I was worried, because NewBridge is not very well known in my town (Fairfield) and that the advertisement will not be as good as others and there may be no interest etc. I was wrong, the marketing was great, just like any other local company and we got an offer within few days:) Thank you Melanie and your team for everything, the service you provided was above and beyond.

Chris would like you to think he cares about you as his client but he doesn't. When he "helped" us look for our home he could have cared less about our wants and needs. When we would have phone calls with him, you could tell he was not even listening to what we were saying. By the end of the conversation he would say " can you please email me everything you just said" we were disgusted. No Chris, how about you write them down or take note if you even cared about what we really needed for a home. It's pretty clear he's more about himself. For instance his " gift" for us was a cutting board/ cheese board with his " Chris Carozza" name right in the center for all to see. Can't help but think he did this to promote himself for if we use for parties and for people to see his name and ask questions. Don't waste your time with this clown. He has zero class and zero genuine interest in helping people find or sell their home.

WARNING: PREDATORY PRACTICES…read more Do not engage in business with Keller Williams Prestige Properties. They are deceptive and unethical. We were in the process of purchasing a home. Upon finding a house, our realtor presented us with an "EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO REPRESENT BUYER" contract. We were told we had to sign the contract in order to move forward with the purchase of the home. Our realtor misled us to believe that if the deal on the house did not go through, we had the option to terminate the contract. The house fell through after inspections, and we reached out to our realtor to terminate the contract at which time he directed us to his broker - again implying the contract could be terminated. We reached out to the lead broker who identified himself as the Brokerage owner (owner of the Keller Williams Fairfield franchise / Broker / Operating Principal). The broker refused to terminate due to an office "policy" he himself had created - refusing to explain the reasoning or purpose of the policy. We shared that we had no visibility or knowledge of the policy ahead of signing and were led to believe there was an option to terminate - as communicated to us by the realtor and language in the contract. Throughout this exchange with the broker, he outlined options to move forward; 1) To find another realtor within his brokerage - we shared that we are no longer comfortable doing business with Keller Williams given the deceptive and unethical way in which they have handled our business, 2) We could find a realtor outside of Keller Williams then connect the broker with this individual and the broker would negotiate a referral deal/payment and give our agreement rights to the new realtor. Quite frankly, option 2 was extortive in nature. Do not do business with these folks. If you are about to sign a contract with them, get everything they tell you in writing because they will not honor their word. It means nothing to them. I rented a property in Riverside, CT (Greenwich) last July 2021 through a Keller Williams Stamford…read morerealtor named John Valletta, who was very condescending and nasty. I had a question about the lease and he pressured me to sign quickly, because he "had so many people who wanted the apartment." Furthermore, he advertised the apartment as a 2 bedroom when one room has no windows so cannot be considered a 2 bedroom. I was desperate as I had to start a new job in a week but I will never work with him or Keller Williams again. It was not a warm experience. I'll be buying soon and would never go back to this realtor or KW.
