We…read morewere very picky and had high standards, and among all our requested qualifications, Shahla screened many potential tenants and found a tenant for us who is responsible, easy to work with, and treats our unit great enough like their own home. All the while, Shahla helped us to navigate a complex rental market and prices. Shahla was with us throughout the way, working with everyone interested in our property on our behalf, their many realtors, and applications from those interested. Shahla coordinated the rental applications and delivered quality information and background and finance checks, helping us to interpret reports and applications, and briefing with us through every step -- ultimately helping us to determine our ideal tenant. Needless to say, we could not have done it without Shahla and are tremendously satisfied with the outcomes. Many thanks to Shahla and Keller Williams for this!

Her extensive industry knowledge and understanding of the local real estate market is priceless. Her input on everything from staging to selling tips comes from decades of experience, knowing what works and what doesn't. From the moment we discussed the current market, she told me what she felt the selling range was for my home, which was higher than I was expecting. We priced in that range, had an enormous turnout at our open house, received three solid offers and were under contract at the high end of her original range in just 4 days at 8% over the asking price! This is why you should call Fredda First!

I tragically lost my fiancée to an unknown brain tumor 30 days before our wedding. Several months later made the agonizing decision to sell the house. She showed more compassion and empathy than some friends and family from the beginning to the end of the process. She made the entire process easy and through some of my tearful conversations always had compassion and respect for my feelings and the property too. Selling a house is hard enough. Selling a house after a tragic loss is even harder. Thank you for helping me through the process!!! You are a 5 star Agent. Highly recommend. Thank you again Robert.

She recently took out an ad in Luxe Interiors & Designs magazine and claims to be committed to her clients with a unique marketing strategy. She told us of her plan to market our home but did not hold to any of her promises. My house was never marketed as discussed. She claims to have a calm approach and whatever-it-takes attitude, but she is anything but that. Her "boundless enthusiasm" and knowledge are questionable. She never went above and beyond. My attorney who had worked with her prior, agreed that she did not want to do her part of the job. In fact, she presented an attitude and told me that certain requests "were not her job".
