Number two they charge you for services that you do not get just because they pay for them but technically it is illegal to charge somebody for something that they are not using and do not want nothing to do with. Problem 3 I'm not going to say I was perfect I fell behind about a month and a half in my rent and they started to evict me however I lost my job due to all of the bed bug bites I worked in a place that I'm not going to say on here because I really don't want them to know who I am because of a lawsuit that is in progress My lawyer advised me not even to put this on here but people need to know before they make a horrible decision u could be your own judge after reading this anyway the reason I did not make any payments towards the back rent is because the they said I owed over $1,800 when including late fees that they said they were not charging So now we are finally in court and apparently I now owed $7,000 in back rent thank God I went on to their portal and they listed all of the information that is going to be their demise I have copies of every payment that they said I missed and I screenshotted every payment that I made so when I showed a state's attorney what they did and they actually brought this to court so they lied in a court of law also he could not believe what he was reading so I'm hoping an indictment comes out very soon against them because they need to be dealt with for the way they treat people and the way they lie to people and charge people just because they think some company might come in and help you out with the back rent they jack up the price ridiculously to get the money so I informed a company that was willing to pay the back rent and also show them what they said I owed and the dates that I owed it for in the receipts for those dates and they immediately stopped the procedure thank God So like I said be your own judge if you're elderly I would definitely not come here I deal with a lot of elderly people and I know you don't want to hear this but you really don't know as much as you think you do and I know they will take advantage of you and take every penny you have and in the end you'll end up homeless or like me almost dying from a stroke it's not worth your life sincerely unfortunately anonymous x renter and trust me I would love to put my name on here but because of legal issues I am not going to do that Good luck and happy renting.
