David was able to negotiate an extremely competitive price for us which gave us confidence that we got our home at the best possible price. Josh spoke with Jason but wanted to do some research and compare his rates and services with other loan officers that were recommended to us. After a few conversations with other providers it became evident that Jason's rates were the most competitive and he was the most knowledgeable. Jason made the mortgage process easy and the loan was cleared for closing before we finished inspection negotiations. We highly recommend Jason and are grateful that David had such a great mortgage guy! We were able to close even sooner than expected - just a month after our initial showing of the home we purchased!
