So, their focus is for convience of the renters, not to the unit owner still living in the units! So, there no rules inforced, tenants park anywhere, garbage overload with trash, broken garage gates, no communication when it will be serviced... I mostly blame the Forest Mews board members, however WFL truly SUCKS! But I must admit, WFL is good and timely at email notices that common charges are due!!

The property management service here is awful…read more The company is nonresponsive, except to the board president. My attorney had to copy every member of the board on every email to him and even then took him days to respond. I had to physically drive to the office in Norwalk to get a response. I was also treated with terrible misogyny on multiple occasions and, after discussion, I discovered that the women in my community were treated badly by him and the men never were. That is unacceptable. In addition, the man assigned to my community had no idea what a home improvement contractor's license was or that it is required by law for anyone performing work on the building. So, he didn't check for that before having work done. The level of incompetence was truly astonishing. My attorney is going to report this company to the department of consumer protection.

DO NOT (and I cannot stress this enough) DO NOT rent a property managed by these people. for the duration of my rental period my toddler and I have been harassed over (harmless) sidewalk chalk drawings. after years of harassment and after our lot was numbered (meaning each unit had a parking space) we resorted to me moving my car to a visitor spot so she can play with chalk. since the numbered spot is affiliated with my condo and I was required to register my vehicle. yet the harassment has not stopped. most complexes cater to their younger tenants and provide a playground. you'd think that'd be the case since our development is surrounded by busy roads. in addition to this I continue to receive fines for things such as my child's father parking in a VISITOR SPACE upon his visits with our child. these people take no accountability. they prey on children and mothers. their greed fuels them above all else. But when you ask them to do repairs, and do them correctly, they don't help much. They will delay the repairs for as long as possible, and then send unqualified people to do the work. They don't care if children live in the apartment, so the need of good and speedy repair is necessary. The secretary, Kalli Grigoropoulos, who works for him is sweet, but then does not help much when you ask for it. The owner of some of the property they manage are no better. They once left a tenant with no heat during an entire winter. If you have any dealings with these people, do take notes, and record everything. Don't trust their smooth talk.
