Awestruck catered and hosted my bridal shower of about 20 people. The food was tasty and there was a variety of options for everyone's tastes including sandwiches, veggies, chips, dips, and more. There were cupcakes, but those may have been brought in by my group. A bartender was there serving glasses of cider and cider fights. Not sure of the cost since my mom and maid of honor organized it, but they all did a nice job. It is pretty dark in the there and it did get a little hot after awhile. There's an old school bus you can sit inside. We had the place to ourselves for a few hours early in the day on a Saturday before they opened to the public. Many of us purchased bottles of cider to take home as well.

Cool cider place with a large selection of original ciders and food. They have about 12 ciders on tap that are made in the premises. More than half of them are sweet or on the sweeter side of a semi-dry. The 4 or 5 dry ones are very good though. They also have a few guest beers from local breweries. When we visited they also had a guest cider, a Rum Barrel Cider, on the drier side. If you like drier ciders, like I do, let me recommend the Sidra Española. They will let you try any amount of ciders before you make an order. They were very adamant about that. They want to make sure you like what you are going to drink before you order it. Order at the bar and take a seat on a high top, at the bar, on one of the many tables or inside the Awestruck bus. Yes, there is a bus inside the building. Come with friends, family, a loved one or by yourself. This place has a very welcome atmosphere and vibe.

    Great cider! Great fun!

Great ciders with many varieties to choose from! Located in an industrial park, it is deceiving what a nice location they have! Very eclectic and interesting decor! Will definitely return!

The lavender hops cider is the best cider I've ever had! The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly...really chill place to grab a drink. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

My favorite flavors are ginger hibiscus and lavender hops, but the egg nog variety is a new festive one that's yummy.

I went inside to order a drink and some food and was passed by twice before the woman said she'd be with me. Another younger girl came over and asked if I wanted to order something. Odd questions since I'd been standing there looking at the menu that was on the bar as well as looking at the beers they had listed on the board. I ordered a wheat blonde beer and told her I also wanted to place a food order. She told me I couldn't do that there, and said I needed to order from the food truck table. That table had a chalkboard with their three specials, different items than the bar menu so I ordered off of that, was given a pager and headed outside (The food truck girl was very kind and asked where I was sitting but I hadn't picked a table yet) I ordered a cauliflower margarita pizza which was just the right size to pair with my beer. It came out quick and hot and tasted good. I sat at my table eating alone and enjoying the music but found that that's what everyone was doing. Sitting at their own tables. Enjoying the music or conversing amongst themselves but keeping to themselves. For a brewery with live music on a sunny Saturday afternoon it was just ok.

Hollenbeck's is my go to for cider and donuts in the fall…read more The line is almost always out the door in the fall so be prepared to wait. While you wait you can select a peck or bushel of apples, or maybe send a scout out to the baked goods and fudges, or watch the old cider press in action. When you reach the donuts you can pick from powered sugar, cinnamon powdered sugar, or plain. Personally I think plain is the best because they are hot, crispy, pillowy delights. There is a limit in that you can only buy 4 dozen donuts per person. The cider itself fresh pressed right before your eyes. Two people work together to layer the mash and wood pallets on a very old and incredible press. The cider is well filter and not as sweet as other ciders but very good! One note: you cannot buy cups of the cider- you have to buy a half gallon or gallon and then open it outside. On the pie side you can actively see and smell the pies being made. If you would like a pie for a special occasion you might want to call ahead to reserve one as they sell FAST. In the cold cases on the pie side is also where the cheese curds, summer sausage, and some meets such as elk and lamb are available. The great thing is the baked goods are available all year, so Hollenbeck's is a great stop even in the spring and summer. Also of note it smells like pressed apples ALL YEAR! Parking- one entrance, one exit. There is parking in the front and back, and some street parking as well.

There's a market with farm fresh goods, including some of the best cider (including adult versions) I've ever had and a killer cider slushy. We enjoyed our orders on the back deck, outside and under some shade. The store had lots of their local items to purchase. I picked up a pumpkin mix, sweet vadalia onion dressing. My husband and I got wine slushies (strawberry bliss & apple raspberry both delicious). We went outside and grab lunch ( Ray's brother BBQ didn't open until 4p). My husband got Jamaica jerk chicken sandwich and I got the hot pot roast with horseradish sauce. We made it a meal and upgraded to mac n cheese, drink and slice pie of choice( apple or strawberry rhubarb). The food was surprisingly good, my husband enjoyed his sandwich and my pot roast was flavorful before I put the horseradish on it. The Mac n cheese was good, made with their Mill-Aged, Extra-Sharp NYS Cheddar. Overall it was a decent find, not too much in the area. The store is worth it to stop in.
