We made it a meal and upgraded to mac n cheese, drink and slice pie of choice( apple or strawberry rhubarb). The food was surprisingly good, my husband enjoyed his sandwich and my pot roast was flavorful before I put the horseradish on it. The Mac n cheese was good, made with their Mill-Aged, Extra-Sharp NYS Cheddar. Overall it was a decent find, not too much in the area. The store is worth it to stop in.

The owner seems very dedicated to having live music and supporting the arts so they had a band playing that actually sounded good! Lots of young families around enjoying the lawn games. Local ciders and beers were reasonably priced and tasty. I'm usually not the biggest fan of either but I ended up trying a peanut butter cider that turned out to be absolutely delicious. Not too sweet or tart and tasted actually quite natural. Ended up taking a growler home to share with friends. We weren't hungry so we didn't try the food but they had a chicken barbecue going and were selling cheese boards that looked pretty great. The bathroom situation is port-o-potties but to my surprise and delight they were actually clean and they offer a handwashing station outside. A++ recommend and would return.

I was also pleasantly surprised that I liked almost every single one of them. My favorite was the currant cider - it was so good! The bartender was so friendly and welcoming. He also checked back frequently to see how we liked everything and to see if we needed anything. The space is beautiful and has such a cozy atmosphere.
