If you try to talk reason to them, such as mentioning similar vehicles in the area for $1500-$2500 LESS, they'll just argue with you. RUN and save yourself the frustration and humiliation, and find a car at any other dealership where you can negotiate and feel comfortable that you got a good price. Almost guaranteed, ANY price will be lower than Bergstrom's "Upfront Pricing". In my case, i walked away from their "Upfront" price because it was $2500 too high. They called me a week later and told me the price went down $1000 after argueing with me for hours that the original price was so great. By that time, I hated the dealership and wouldn't buy a vehicle there if my life depended on it. STAY away from UpFront pricing unless the price is a fair price and you are protected from getting ripping off backend on warranty and financing. Good luck. It's a jungle out there for car buyers!

The one time I did have an issue with the oldest vehicle I purchased, Jacobsen stood behind it and I had no issue getting it fixed under extended insurance I took out on it. These are the reasons I had continued to purchase from Jacobsen, and will continue to in the future. I took my vehicle in for a coolant flush Sometime in 2025. They seemingly did a decent job…read moreflushing and refilling with my preferred and provided coolant which i appreciated. The big issue is i'm 100% confident I was lied to about a pressure test being performed initially. Very disappointing. Once i realize I was still loosing coolant, I knew I had a leak. It took about 10 minutes of speaking to a mechanic in order to somehow get him to do the pressure test that should've been done. During that ten minutes, he told me a pressure test was never performed at all. Unfortunately, I didn't record the call in 2025 and I wasn't charged for the pressure test specifically, however I did request a pressure test before I brought the vehicle in and checked if it was included in the price of the flush. I know I did this because I do a lot of work on my own car, and would never put a band aid on a coolant issue. Overall, good communication, friendly, however not punctual. It makes me sad I have to write this review, And unfortunately, friendliness doesn't make up for a lie. Worries me greatly how other more severe issues on a vehicle might be handled.
