Can't give any less stars but it's bittersweet. I have two vehicles with them. I recently had a…read moremajor fall which resulted in a severe back injury. I was unable to cash my check on Friday because of this fall (when my payment was due). On Tuesday I was in the ER again with the inability to get up or down without screaming. My legs were going numb. They messaged me at 545pm and said you're behind, your car is up for repo if you don't pay by 7pm or return the vehicle. I sent a picture to them with my IVs and name band and they repoed my vehicle from the ER parking lot instead of waiting till the next morning for the payment. The inability to work for less than 12 hours with someone in a health emergency and lack of respect has me wanting to pay it off and moved forward. They will pull you in but if you're ever even late for any reason... Watch out. They don't care about you as a consumer. Their dollar is their bottom line. And the things they claimed to have fixed to pass inspection is FALSE.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! My brother purchased a car from here a few months…read moreago and had we taken better precaution when buying his first car, we would have NEVER step foot in this establishment. They take pride in scamming those who know very little about car, inspections and the entire buying process. As they are in cahoots with Meineke next store, They will sell you a car that is in very poor condition and have Meineke make sure these vehicles pass through inspection (although it shouldn't) in order to make a sale. If you are not familiar with cars and you go to this place, PLEASE take a mechanic with you to look at it. My brother started having some issues with his car so we took it in to our mechanic and He said that his car is a death threat and should not be driven at all, even in a parking lot. He took one look at the inside of the car and said that he does not know how this car passed inspection. When he found out where my brother purchased his car, he was very upset because he knows of this place and how they scam people. If you purchased a car from them and have experienced issues with your vehicle, please contact the State department. They will do a thorough inspection of the car and if it does not pass, they will have to remove your stickers then they will write this place up and issue them citations. Unfortunately, we have to take this as a loss but If enough people who are having issues with their vehicle after purchasing it from them, please report it. This place needs to be shut down and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people and putting their lives in danger all for a sale. I am going to get the word out in anyway I can bout this place. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Had a 6 year car loan with them. From start to finish the company went out of their way to work…read morewith me. James was amazing to work with the entire time. Title arrived quickly in the mail too, no issues. Highly recommend this company!

SCAMMERS!!!!!!! My…read morefather received a letter congratulating him on paying off his truck loan. The letter stated that his account would be closed because the loan had been paid in full. He even received a refund check because he had apparently overpaid. To make sure everything was accurate, my father logged into his account to verify his remaining balance, which clearly showed $0 owed. A few days later, he attempted to log in again, only to discover that his account had been deactivated and he could no longer access it. Naturally, we assumed this was because the loan had been paid off, exactly as the letter stated. Then came the shocking part: my father's truck was repossessed, and he was forced to pay $5,000 in cash to get it back! We were then told that his truck loan had not actually been paid off and that there had been an error, they mistaken the "person" then blamed my father. How does a company send a customer a letter confirming that their loan is paid in full, issue a refund, show a zero balance online, and then repossess their vehicle? This situation is completely unacceptable. My father relied on the information your company provided, and now he has suffered significant financial stress because of what appears to be an internal error. Customers should not have to pay thousands of dollars to correct mistakes made by a company. I strongly urge anyone financing a vehicle to keep detailed records of all payments and communications. We trusted the information we received, and this is how we were treated. I expect accountability, a thorough explanation, and a resolution to this matter.
