I would totally recommend Mike ... He is very knowledgeable, personable just an all around good…read moreguy. I don't say that lightly as nowadays it seems harder and harder to find people that operate with integrity ... Mike does.

I checked what I could check and did what I could so, but the end result was still no water. When I called Mike, he answered immediately and gave some advice on things to try. He was in and out of cell range, and it was nearly closing time for him on a Saturday, but I followed his suggestions to no avail, called him back with a better connection, and he said he'd come out that afternoon. He showed up in the heat of the day, around 95 degrees and set to work. He was informative and helpful, answering every question with confidence and certainty. I learned a lot just watching and listening. Maybe the cleaning of junk out of the relay box that I did set the stage for success, but shortly he had water coming out of the well and the tanks started to fill again. He showed me a few pointers about things to do if it happened again, and, at my suggestion, we talked about future plans of replacing the 15-year-old well pump and other things to make us water secure for the future. Mark is pleasant to talk to and to listen to, and I will use him without hesitation in the future. He even has easy to use on line payment. He sent me an email invoice before he left, and I had paid him before he got home. Thanks, Mark!

I left a five-star review two years ago. Today, they're back, and it's another five-star day. Sure,…read moreI dropped thousands of dollars on the replacement of the pump and all the 30-year-old wiring and such which had failed as a group. It's not like we're made of money, and it's a hard pill to swallow, but it had to be done and I can't imagine it going any better or in a more timely fashion than this team. I called yesterday afternoon when we discovered the pump was no longer pumping. They were out here before the end of day and troubleshot the problem. They were back first thing this morning with all the tools and equipment they could need and had the replacement project wrapped up shortly after lunch. Our pump is running, tank filling, I'll be able to do the dishes and take a shower before dinnertime. The crew, from office staff to the two young men who came out to do the work, were friendly, professional, and understood that no pump means no water, an issue not only for rural residents, but all the animals we support out here. It's nice to work with a locally owned company with so many years of experience in the area that they know the wells like they know their own children. I hope I don't have to call for another decade, but if I do, I know who I'll be calling.

As the previous reviewer stated, living on a well can be "exciting". After years of no excitement,…read morewe started getting an extraordinary amount of sand in our filter. Assuming the worst, I got a quote from another company that made me nearly drop my phone. I'd been seeing signs for Essential and had seen their trucks around. I filled out a web inquiry form on a Friday at 6am. at 6:40am, Jason called me. I talked to him about what was going on, and he said he'd come by to see our setup and talk. He suggested we do an evaluation (pull the pipe/pump) and get information on the well first before assuming the worst. We scheduled the work for the following week. Day of, Jason called very apologetically to say they had multiple customers that had gone dry, and would it be ok if we postponed so he could take care of them first. As we still had water, I said "Absolutely!" as I would hope to be moved to the front of the line if we were dry. When Jason and Ty came out to our property, they were prompt and got started right away. I watched almost the entire process as I wanted to learn as much as I could. They were both happy to answer questions and explain things to me as they worked. In the end, the information gleaned from the evaluation was very positive, and Jason explained what had probably happened. I know at some point in the future we'll need service again, and Jason and the team at Essential will be who gets the call. THANK YOU!!!!!
