Let me know that if dropped off before 9:30, they gurantee same day delivery. Even though I was an hour later than that, they happily accomodated. The place is conveniently located on york road with plenty of parking. Smiling and friendly efficient staff made it all easy. They charge under 2 dollars per shirt, which is fair. It was pouring outside when i went to pick it up and the friendly staff helped and carried it all to my parked car, which i thought was an extremely kind gesture. I would happily go there and also recommend the place to friends and family in the area.

That said, they can sometimes take a long time with your clothes due to the sheer number of orders in front of you. Admiral's does a very nice job as well. Due to lack of parking and by virtue of being a smaller establisment, it seems like they get a much smaller number of orders, and are thus always quick with your order, sometimes finished the same or next day.

We picked this company. In our discussion we talked about the quantity and size of everything to be laundered and how many days it would take. At drop off there were two additional items in the count and we were told that the work would take two additional days, which wasn't an issue for us. No additional pricing information or updated estimate was given. Upon pickup we found that they were charging hundreds more than what was disclosed/quoted. The customer service and the way the owner spoke in addressing the discrepancy and miscommunication was an awful experience. I truly feel the pricing for this service and way things were handled was deceptive. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

What was once a dependable, high-quality dry cleaner has turned into something I wouldn't trust with a rag. The change in ownership and management didn't just lower the standards--it destroyed them. I brought in shirts for a simple press and starch. What I got back was shocking. Burn marks on the collars and cuffs--actual damage that can't be undone. No starch whatsoever. And the "pressing"? Nonexistent. The shirts looked like they had been tossed in a dryer and handed back without anyone even bothering to check them. This isn't a mistake. This is carelessness and a complete lack of professionalism. Charging customers for this level of work is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and the cost of replacing your clothes.
