They emailed me that it was past due. If they would have sent receipt earlier or called. I would have submitted the payment asap. So only one suggestion better communication.

There is NO reason I should have had to go to great lengths to pick up my belongings. All this stress for $21.98. As a first time visitor, I will not be returning due to the lack of customer service and negative attitude. This establishment although it seems to be a great neighborhood staple, may not take well to newcomers. Just utterly disappointed in the treatment I received, all while still showing grace.
