Not only was I excited to try a new Dry Cleaners, as I I dropped my clothes off, I also paid in advance as this has been a dry cleaners I've always wanted to try. After I refused and let them know I paid in advance, I decided to call my bank on speakerphone, had them verify that I indeed paid, and STILL the owner wanted the phone number to the bank, and who I was speaking to. There is NO reason I should have had to go to great lengths to pick up my belongings. All this stress for $21.98. As a first time visitor, I will not be returning due to the lack of customer service and negative attitude. This establishment although it seems to be a great neighborhood staple, may not take well to newcomers. Just utterly disappointed in the treatment I received, all while still showing grace. I didn't get a call once they were ready, as I thought I would, so I called in to make sure they were ready for pickup. The jeans fit a lot better than before and even though the back pockets were closer together as a result, they still looked good. The total was $20 which I thought was really reasonable. I would definitely return for future dry cleaning and alteration needs.

If you want to get your clothes back way worse off than when you dropped them off, by all means, use St Paul Cleaners.
