My recommendation to anyone that is thinking about taking their valuable items to AW Cleaners to stop. Unless you want to go through the pain and long enduring pain. The lies that they say that they care about their customers and back the service that they provide. I paid over $800 for AW Cleaners to clean and alter my drapes. Instead, they cut off 12 inches off of a drape and said that they could "fix" it. Look at the photos. This maybe be you if you go to AW Cleaners. Don't do it!

What was once a dependable, high-quality dry cleaner has turned into something I wouldn't trust with a rag. The change in ownership and management didn't just lower the standards--it destroyed them. I brought in shirts for a simple press and starch. What I got back was shocking. Burn marks on the collars and cuffs--actual damage that can't be undone. No starch whatsoever. And the "pressing"? Nonexistent. The shirts looked like they had been tossed in a dryer and handed back without anyone even bothering to check them. This isn't a mistake. This is carelessness and a complete lack of professionalism. Charging customers for this level of work is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and the cost of replacing your clothes. Stay far away from this place.
