The atmosphere is really relaxed and friendly with a large choice of different styles of drinks that they are able to make for you using the Silver, Gold and Dark Rums that they distill. They also have some really delicious Whisky; A White Dog Whiskey and a Single Malt Whiskey which my wife and I really enjoyed. Some many options to choose from and well worth stopping in and having a few tasty drinks and chill.

We were not able to take the tour but that's okay, I'm familiar with how whiskey is distilled. So we arrived and had cocktails and food. We sat at the bar area. The staff were friendly and service was good. I enjoyed everything I tried. The best thing I had was a straight pour of the cask strength rye whiskey. I recommend you taste the spirits straight up to get more flavor and I thought the cocktail flavors were okay, need a bit more depth imo. I love the open space of the tasting room/bar area, the lighting is nice and there's good ambiance. The outdoor back patio is nice as well with a good view of downtown. Well turns out he's been in that spot for a couple years. Went tonight on the Saturday date night special for $40 you get 2 flights and 2 cocktails. The 4 whiskeys I sampled were all delicious. Then had a watermelon sour. Another delicious drink. He even took us on a tour to see where he makes all his whiskey. Very cool to see just how small the operation is. It's legit a one man show he does it all. Some nights they have live music and another times host different events. Knowledgeable, helpful and just a great young man!! Nester, Sr. was a fantastic bartender and a charismatic tour leader. Take the tour... it's awesome. The history of the building and the brand plus the process and vision for their products. These guys do it all. The cask strength rye finished in Spanish vermouth bottles was a banger and the old fashioned with it blew us away! Burgers and fries were soooo good!
