I bought a '05 Benz 500SL from these guys. I had tested a bunch of this model from other dealers. This was the best one. I asked Avon if I could have mechanic go through it. They declined. I took a risk because the car was that good. I said I would buy it on the condition that I have my mechanic go through it after I buy it. Anything my mechanic finds, they fix. Well my mechanic had a laundry list of repairs it needed. Avon actually made good on all the needed repairs. I was relieved and impressed. That all happened in November of 2022. It's now May 2023 and the car is a joy. Runs great looks great. They kept their word and treated me well. read more

I have had a really good experience at avon auto brokers. My father bought a jeep Cherokee limited a year ago and has been very pleased . My brother works for a reputable bmw dealer and mechanic in Boston and i knew the car i wanted with the options i wanted i found it at avon auto brokers ,the car is clean and straight . The staff has been attentive and pleasant and ownership has gotten this solid car back to factory standards with no argument. I have no reason to go anywhere else for a long time . Do not buy a car from here!! Bought a car from here this month. Check engine light came on the day I brought it home. Called and told them and they said it was from them giving the car a "car wash" and it set off a light. Umm what? Brought it back and they didn't fix anything they just turned off the check engine light. Then it came back on again and they brought it to BMW to be looked it. Well it's not covered under BMW warranty anymore so they manually shut the check engine light off AGAIN without fixing anything because they don't want to come out of pocket and pay for the actual repair. Well guess what? One day later the check engine light is on again and I have to bring it back to them yet again. Horrible dealership read more

Worst place ever took me two weeks to get the car bought then 2 weeks after I bought it check engine light comes on I come in and Dana the owner has a mechanic not even lift the hood says it's all set and just resets the service engine light now here we are 6 weeks later and 200 past the warrantee my car breaks down and is at Mercedes Benz $1400 in work it needs a bad steering lock but then they show me a list of other things wrong that were preexisting Brake discs and pads,rear-replace-$651 Tensioner,V-belt Replace. -$648 Rear transfer case leaking. -$82 For a total of. $1381 Plus tax so $1400 already paid plus $1381 so if you have an extra $3000 for repairs after buying your car and like to deal with shady people this is your place maybe they can find a way to scam Mercedes Benz to pay for my repairs read more

Came to see an Audi A4 from a long ways away - as in two hours one way. I called twice to make sure the car was on the lot, and someone actually told me they'd put there hands on it the half an hour before I started driving. 2 and a half hours in 92 degree heat in a car with no A/C later: "Well it seems that car has been sold." My experience plus Eric M.'s review confirms these people have no idea how to do the most basic parts of their job. Stay away. read more

Odd place. Nice looking cars but shady folks. I spoke to someone on the phone to set up appointment to see a car the person told me to come on down. He said the car was really nice. I did not make it tothe appointment and received a call from the person I spoke to the day before. He asked if I still wanted to see the car. I said yes and went to see the car. When I got there the guy next to him said the car had a deposit on it already then they tried to get me to look at other cars more expensive. I told them no thanks. They still after a week have it foresale. I think they are a bait and switch type place. read more

I made the terrible mistake of purchasing a vehicle here two days ago. I drove an hour to pick out the car a week before picking it up. My sales person, Issaiah was completely unreachable and returned none of my messages to confirm whether or not my car was ready. During the test drive I noticed water on the floor of the car and was told they left the windows open. Two days later, it is pouring rain outside and inside my car -the sunroof and doors all leak! I call back and keep getting transfered. Nobody knows if my title was sent out to me, nobody there seems to mind inconveniencing me. These people are complete MORONS. read more

Worst car buying experience ever. Cars online are not necessarily still on the lot for sale. They tell you they are, then you get there and they tell you. "oh, sorry, it was sold a couple weeks ago..." Bait and switch, then you get there and they try to sell you the cars on the lot that have been there the longest. When you want to test drive a car, they 'have plate problems', 'running low on plates'. Total nonsense. Do not waste your time and hard earned money at this dealer. read more

Ok I always wanted a bmw but didn't had money for it till I simply on my way from work i spot this car dealer in decided to stop by and ask few questions and told them my citation and I was asked to come inside and take a look how can we best help me. In the matter of few minutes I was told yes we can work with you. my next move was picked up the car of my choice as I said I wanted a bmw. I've never been the type to leave a review, I don't care to give criticism or praise, but these guys really deserve a review. Come here if you want to be taken care of terribly, and bounced between salesman,it's not like you're actually buying a car from them. Now I bought my car back in June of 2015, so I don't remember names, but the financier wouldn't make eye contact with me until he heard I was actually buying a car. They told me my car would be ready in 5 days time, come to find my car still on a lift. My car had a missing exhaust tip, and they assured me they would order another tip to balance it out. Apparently it was much easier to remove the other tip to look like it was fixed. Shame on me for not noticing it when I gave my car a once over. Drove my car off with less than a quarter tank, but it was okay, they said they'd send me a courtesy check in a week. I knew that was never coming. Driving my car back home, and was actually surprised my car had a rough ride, pretty much kicking my self in the ass for buying this car from them, I knew it was low on gas so I go to fill it up to see if that could easily solve it. I almost threw up when I had seen there was no gas cap. Now, they ASSURED me they send me money for the cap and gas. Cmon. Why am I writing this review so late, well I'm cleaning my car today and I remembered they left a glass cleaner in my car, they finally hooked me up with something. Never mind, the cap is broken so they left their trash in my car. This refueled my burning hatred for this sleezy auto group. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. read more
