As I tried to get the spare tire on, the car rolled off the jack and slammed on the ground (yikes)! I was in a rush and needed help fast because I couldn't get the jack back under the car. So I called Tom, who happened to be the first Google result for a tow. He was literally just down the road and got to me within less than 10 minutes of calling. He knew exactly what to do. He used his MUCH BETTER jack to get my car up and put the spare tire on in maybe 1-2 minutes. I was back on the road and was still EARLY to my appointment. He saved me a world of headache and I could not be more appreciative. I'm keeping his card in my glove box and calling him if anything ever happens again!

Why did you install them if you suspect my window to be faulty? I'm not the expert but obviously either are they if they installed anyway instead of notifying me. 2. Again, if it was cut I bought this car two months ago and that would have been handled else where. All I was asking was for them to fix my bottom window seal that now needs fixed because of the way they installed it. The only answer I got was the owner stating only if I bought the weather tech there would they "replace" them, but the weather tech are fine the INSTALLATION broke the window seal.

My 18 year old daughter got into a 3 car accident (1st ever accident) and this garage single handedly made the situation worse. The police had the car towed to them, my 18 year old had no idea what was going on as she was in shock and hurt from the accident and we (her parents) were not on scene yet. Neither the tow truck driver on scene, nor the lady at the front desk when we went to the garage to see the car, explained anything regarding the vehicle, tow, or storage of the vehicle to us. On top of that, they would not let my daughter get her belongings from her vehicle until the next day. When she arrived at 830am the next day (when they opened), the lady told her she could not get her belongings until 10am. My concussed daughter had to sit there with her step father for an hour and a half. Then, at 953am she asked if she could please get her stuff including water as her head hurt and she didn't feel well. This same lady refused because it was not 10am exactly. At this point once her belongings were gathered, nobody explained prices to us. We were physically there twice with no explanation of costs. When we called less than 48 hours later to get the car towed away from this garage (accident happened on the 22nd, we called on the 24th) they tried to charge us almost 900 dollars for towing the wrecked vehicle 3 MILES AND STORING IT FOR LESS THAN 48 HOURS. We were hung up on multiple times when asking questions about this. We ended up paying 650 dollars. My 18 year old was completely taken advantage of by this company. Rude, unprofessional, nasty, not a place you want to deal with.

Marshall the owner is listed on the Dynasis website as an authorized dealer. He told us both times the APU needed a new starter. It does not need a new starter. Not even close. He did work four months ago. 24 hrs later the APU stopped working. We did find a repair shop in Tx who got it running for the next 3 months. But that also wasn't a fix for the problem. Finally found a TRUE Dynasis dealer who knew immediately what the issue was. Great service, great attention to detail UNLIKE Pitt Stop Truck and Repair.
