My most recent encounter was very helpful. After suffering total loss on my vehicle in MVA, Budget and especially Carol, were wonderful. I had to wait 1 week for my insurance company to just evaluate my vehicle and more time to determine the total loss. The budget rental staff were wonderful and flexible with the rental agreement, allowing to extend the agreement while I looked for a new car without any issues. Arrive only to be told that my pickup was not registered with them. I expressed frustration that they had made the error. Employee was rude and stated "we personally didn't made an error." Excuse me, sir, you did. Own up to it. He couldn't even be bothered to call another closer location to see if there were any vehicles available. I was left to have to travel 45 minutes away losing time at work.

We've had trouble with the vehicle we purchased from them in early 2017. HOWEVER, Barry bent over backwards to help us take care of a recall issue by asking questions, getting answers, and finding a trustworthy dealer to fix the problem. He and Sayid also got us in quickly and with no hassle for a standard part failure a few months later. And when we've called--and I'm sure she hasn't been thrilled to hear from us on occassion--Nanette has always been gracious and kind. It's not every day that you run into a long-time business with an old-fashioned sense of service. Happily, at Quality Car Store, that's just what we've found.

So being the supportive, small-business advocate that he is, when he needed his new company car wrapped, he entrusted it to 412 Exotics. He was assured they had the skill set and capacity to perform the task of wrapping his Mazda RX-8. From the day he delivered the vehicle to them, it went from bad, to worse, to horrible. First and foremost, he was lied to about when the vehicle would be completed. He was repeatedly given the update that it was "almost done" and "looking great". When he received the vehicle back the FIRST time, the wrap job was horrible. There were air bubbles everywhere. They had not wrapped to the seams of the doors and panels, so the original paint color (yellow) showed a visible outline of every panel of the car. There were air bubbles and wrinkles everywhere. It was EMBARRASSING that they could even allow a vehicle to leave their shop like that. They clearly neglected to start it for weeks and then rushed to throw a wrap on in a couple days. My boyfriend made it clear the wrap job was not acceptable. He asked that they take it off and give his money back. But they asked him to give them one more try and if he wasn't happy with the finish, they'd give his money back. So they took the vehicle again and started over. They provided him with a rental vehicle that reeked of marijuana... not exactly a vehicle you'd want to put your kids in!!! This time around he received the same updates (with prompting from him of course), that it was "looking great" and really pumping him up that it was going to be incredible this time. When it came down to the wire, he was getting pushed repeatedly to pick up the car... because surprise, surprise it wasn't done again and they were rushing.. AGAIN. When the wrap was finally done, he was told they were waiting on a body shop they partner with to put the vehicle back together. This shop was being extremely unprofessional, not completing the work, refusing to connect him to anyone on the phone and HANGING UP ON HIM! 412 left him on his own to deal with these people, despite the fact they subcontracted to them without his consent. After much frustration, he sent a tow truck to pick up the vehicle so it could be put back together by someone competent. But by the time the tow truck got there it was far too late. These people DESTROYED his car!!! It came back with broken mirrors, a gash in his leather seats, broken bumper clips, missing parts... the list goes on. I had to follow him to drop it off to a body shop to try to repair some of the damaged and there were parts falling off the car on the way there! The wheel well came off and was wrapping around the tire! So now he's in thousands of dollars to repair damages to the car, which was in pristine shape prior to this ordeal. He is still missing parts! AND the wrap job is still a complete joke! Possibly worse than the first try! Giant air bubbles, wrinkles, sections peeling off the car.. some air bubbles have already popped and rainwater has gotten in and is causing the wrap to peel off. He asked for his money back, because of course these clowns were paid in full... they gave him half (despite reaching out and telling him they want to give him the rest back, now they won't returns his calls or messages). At this point they owe HIM money. Disgusting workmanship, disgusting and shady business practices. DO NOT GO TO THESE CROOKED MORONS!!!!

The bisiness itself closed for maintence after the incident .I will have to have my car buffed out. I wont return to the business. I did file a complaint.
