Each time the staff is extremely helpful and professional. The cars are great and smoke free. The location is convenient - there is a gas station directly across the street too. My most recent encounter was very helpful. After suffering total loss on my vehicle in MVA, Budget and especially Carol, were wonderful. I had to wait 1 week for my insurance company to just evaluate my vehicle and more time to determine the total loss. The budget rental staff were wonderful and flexible with the rental agreement, allowing to extend the agreement while I looked for a new car without any issues. There are 3 people running the location all at the counter & no one knows what BUTTONS TO PUSH on the computer. I ask for the same service every time at the counter between the 3 employees no one can put the service on my contract which they state (Oh it's on) then the service has not been applied & they put hidden fees after I'm gone because it is easier to do instead of notifying me by the rental company AVIS/6215 BABCOCK BLVD PITTSBURGH, PA but only at this location. I have the most problems only at this location. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!!!! Arrive only to be told that my pickup was not registered with them. I expressed frustration that they had made the error. Employee was rude and stated "we personally didn't made an error." Excuse me, sir, you did. Own up to it. He couldn't even be bothered to call another closer location to see if there were any vehicles available. I was left to have to travel 45 minutes away losing time at work.

We've had trouble with the vehicle we purchased from them in early 2017. HOWEVER, Barry bent over backwards to help us take care of a recall issue by asking questions, getting answers, and finding a trustworthy dealer to fix the problem. He and Sayid also got us in quickly and with no hassle for a standard part failure a few months later. And when we've called--and I'm sure she hasn't been thrilled to hear from us on occassion--Nanette has always been gracious and kind. It's not every day that you run into a long-time business with an old-fashioned sense of service. Happily, at Quality Car Store, that's just what we've found.

The bisiness itself closed for maintence after the incident .I will have to have my car buffed out. I wont return to the business. I did file a complaint.
