I was in dire straits when my brother informed me he needed a last minute, late night ride from the PGH airport to my mom's house for the holiday. I was under the weather, and he could not secure a confirmed ride from the typical ride share companies due to the last minute and after midnight arrival. I was thrilled when my search for last minute airport transportation connected me to Reliant. Not only was George, my contact who answered a direct dial available, but also he was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and funny. I was able to secure the ride for my brother immediately, and the fare was remarkably fair! I received updates on the pickup and delivery of my sibling and feel confident that Reliant has a solid service for typical and unique transportation needs. Both Chaz and his brother seemed to have a hard time controlling the van which made it scary for all involved. All the owner offered us was a $200 credit to book with them again. Leann took my call and provided excellent service from start to finish. She worked with me to determine the best vehicle for our 19-person group, obtained all the pertinent information for the pick up, drop off and return, and also provided a special accommodation for one of our guests with a mobility issue. This was an important group for our institution and in reading her notes on the order, it was clear that she was taking the lead to make sure they were treated on her end with the importance that I requested. She went out of her way to make sure our guests had beverages and assigned a terrific driver to bring everything together. Leann also kept in close contact with me throughout the day, letting me know when the group arrived, got on their way, etc. If you ever have transportation needs in Pittsburgh, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.
