He gave us a description of his car and how we could recognize him at a specific exit door. It eliminated all anxiety since we had never met him before. Brad is very personable and knows Pittsburgh exceptionally well as he drove us aptly around the detour of the closure of Parkway East and the bridge leading from the East through Squirrel Hill tunnels.( It is scheduled to be reopened tonight.) We will definitely use him again for travel to and from the airport and special events requiring transport.

I take an Uber there not knowing, they'd be no way for me to get back to civilization. I google and call all over. I got so many NOs I feared I would die there. Oddly, this car service never popped up on google until my 4th google attempt. Tony answers and was shocked I needed a ride like NOW. He told me there's be a cost, I was so desperate, I had no choice. He worked his magic and got me a driver. I was so nervous, it's night and I'm cold calling strangers to come get me like a hitch hiker. National never once made arrangements for me to have a car given they gave mine away. My driver was John. He was timely, communicative, professional & kind. I was given VIP service. I thank Tony so much for rescuing me. I was beyond frightened. But after reading reviews, I see his MO is to provide a safe professional comfortable experience where you are treated as high priority.

They showed up on time, helped them with their bags, and promptly contact them on the return flight as to where to meet for pick up. My parents did not have to worry about traffic, parking or night driving; they could just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride. After my sister heard how well they treated my parents, she hired them for her trips and we did as well. I highly recommend Tony Williams car service to anyone and everyone! Enjoy the ride!

We were referred to this car service by another car service because Regency would be able to better…read moreaccommodate our group. Let me just start by saying, five stars are not enough stars. Leann took my call and provided excellent service from start to finish. She worked with me to determine the best vehicle for our 19-person group, obtained all the pertinent information for the pick up, drop off and return, and also provided a special accommodation for one of our guests with a mobility issue. This was an important group for our institution and in reading her notes on the order, it was clear that she was taking the lead to make sure they were treated on her end with the importance that I requested. She went out of her way to make sure our guests had beverages and assigned a terrific driver to bring everything together. Leann also kept in close contact with me throughout the day, letting me know when the group arrived, got on their way, etc. If you ever have transportation needs in Pittsburgh, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company. It's a really great (and unfortunately increasingly rare) thing to find people who are good at what they do and enjoy doing it. Regency is definitely one of those companies.

The bikes' tires, suspension, and frame provided a comfortable ride on the gravel and occasionally muddy surface. The Bosch 750 batteries had plenty of power and range for our needs. We especially appreciated his suggestion that we extend the bike rentals extra days for a very fair price for our post-ride visit to DC. The whole trip was fantastic and ASR was a big part of it.
