He was friendly, informative, entertaining, and courteous. A few days later, when we ventured away from any quick Uber service, we called Corleone Limousine and made arrangements for him to get us back to the hotel. Even after driving for nearly 12 hours on a Sunday, Darren was exceptional on our ride back. We highly recommend Darren for any and all ride services, especially to all the tremendous armed forces personnel at Fort Drum.

Byers helped make our wedding day on 29th October absolutely perfect…read more In the months leading up to it all, I found transportation one of the most stressful things to try and book. So many limousine services were unresponsive, difficult to contact, etc. NOT Byers--from the get go Shelley was warm and professional, calling me right away to discuss details and make sure everything was timed correctly and how I wanted it. She was also in contact in the weeks leading up to the wedding, as was James, to make sure that I knew everything would be okay. On the day of, James was our driver. The limo was beautiful and clean, and he was awesome! He got everyone where they needed to be in more than enough time and impressed all of my bridesmaids with his awesome reversing skills :) We could not have asked for a better driver, or for a better limousine service. From the moment I contacted Byers the experience of figuring out wedding transportation became stress free! I would very highly recommend them!

Well they are very busy. And that's ok... But WTH folks after 6+ calls three messages left and never once a call back then I guess you just are not in the business of getting new customers. If this was your experience then go up the river to Gananoque, or down the river to Rockport. Hucks answers your call in 3 rings, greats you at the dock with a smile, and services you well. The manager took the time to speak to them and went above & beyond to put the individual in touch with someone who could ensure they were taken care of. The staff at the counter and front desk were equally kind and attentive, and the service I received was on par with what I witnessed. We need more people like this!

This location gets busy, so expect a wait. But, the employees are all very friendly and helpful. My only disappointment is that I could only get my health card transfered; for driver's license I need to visit a road test centre, even though Service Ontario issues car related things like license plates etc. Note that if you do come close to closing time, as long as you get in the door before close, they will serve you; you'll just have to wait a bit!

Despite how busy it is, it was cool to visit and step foot on Boldt Island. Also, make sure you know which boat you were on as there will be multiple tour boats from other companies in the area. In particular, we wanted to go on the 2.5 Hour boat tour and loved the beauty, history and the locals enjoying the water too! The second portion was visiting the Famous Heart Island where George C. Boldt, millionaire proprietor of the world famous Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City, set out to build a full size rhineland castle in Alexandria Bay, on picturesque Heart Island.  The grandiose structure was to be a display of his love for his wife, Louise. The structures on the island were amazing! I personally LOVE architecture and history so this was a fantastic experience! Had it been Pre-Covid times, we would have been able to disembark from the boat and explored the island, as the Americans were doing. But because it is technically on the American side of the St Lawrence River, and because of the pandemic, we could only admire it from afar. We can't wait for warmer weather so we can go back and visit!
