I asked what the diagnostic charge was for if they never diagnosed it, just filled it up? They just talked in circles and claimed they didnt have to dye at the time and couldn't have known it was leaking blah blah blah. Total BS. The first thing they would do is check the pressure of the hoses before filling with freon and that would show immediately that it was leaking and not going to hold the freon. They filled it anyway so they could charge me more money since I already told them I would not be spending big bucks to fix this car.
