You have to pick up a phone so they can walk from whatever sofa there ass is planted on & then they take like 15 min to get to the desk.. we had to make 4 30 min trips back to our house because the guy at the desk couldn't specify what kind of card was needed in order to rent from there horrible location.. showed us complete disrespect & that's not even the end of it all.. When we finally got the car & hit the road an hour down the road the engine light comes on.. low tire pressure.. we stopped to put air in a tire that clearly had a hole in it almost every 2 hrs on the trip.. when we called to complain about it, we called about 15-20 times w no answer.. so we dealt with it for the time being but when the trip was done & we're on the way back (17 hour drive btw) we tried calling another ridiculous amount of times with no luck.. We finally get back to the location to return the car & tell them our concerns to be met with disrespect.. the desk clerk who's working with the guy that originally rented us the car told us that we probably picked up a nail on the road & that's our fault, when we told them that the problem started from the beginning of the trip & that we called what seemed like more than 100 times, they didn't seem to care at all, just answered with the same rude tone that it was probably our fault but that they would check on it & if it was there fault theyd recompensaste us.. then said bye.. didn't wish us a good day, didn't ask for more info just said bye.. horrible place, horrible customer service.. just stay away from this budget! rent from the one in auburn much nicer team of people

Had to explain the process of a reservation to them, didn't seem to get it. Explained to them that my contact info was on the reservation, suggested that they could have notified me, didn't seem to get that either. They offered up the option of me driving to Framingham to pick it up, I guess they didn't seem to understand the concept of car rentals. They then decided that maybe they should go to Framingham and pick it up. It will only take 30 minutes! Ugghh! Asked to speak to the manager, he was the guy standing next to me, asked to speak to his manager, he gave me his number. So basically at this time I am ready punch a wall. The district manager was willing to offer me a whopping $25 off the rental and some coupons. After all of this and waiting an hour I finally got my rental. I didn't get my $25 off and I am not holding my breath for the coupon. They suck!

As she was gathering her things from the car, the man who claimed to be the manager came outside yelling and screaming over a parking spot. He berated her, called her stupid for leaving her car door open as she tried to gather her belongings, and continued his aggressive, threatening behavior even as she tried to cancel her reservation inside. Rather than diffusing the situation, he escalated it--following her outside, taking a photo of her car, and saying, "I'm taking a picture of her car 'cause I know what the internet can do." This is clearly intimidation, and it's completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No one should be treated this way, especially by someone in a position of management. I strongly urge others to reconsider before doing business at this location.

Tried returning the vehicle the night of 5/28, but they blocked the beginning of the driveway to prevent me from dropping off. Called first thing 5/29 morning (8:15 am) and asked for pick up service (which they offer on their website) at my residence and they said yes they would send someone over. At 1:45pm car was still at my place, so I called again and spoke with Kevin and he said they would send some one over shortly to pick up. It came to 5:45pm and car is still here (they close at 6:00). Called and got a voice mail, so I left a message. Wed morning (5/30) car is still here, so I tried calling NUMEROUS times and kept getting voice mail. I tried calling corporate where they would not help me in anyway. They told me they got voice mail to. I drove by the place during my lunch (12:00pm) and the doors were locked. I drove back home and the car was still there. I decided to try calling the next location a town over and who answers the phone??.. Kevin! He said they were too busy to pick it up, but did not have the courtesy to give me a call to tell me that after telling me two times they would be by. They finally picked it up after 1:00pm the day after my rental was to be returned. Also, we were two hours into our trip to VA, when the oil light came on and said it had 4% oil life. I called and spoke with Johnny and I asked do you not check the maintenance prior to renting a vehicle out and his words verbatim were "No, we do not". Told me to call roadside assistance! I said for an oil change? He then said, "Find another Hertz and trade the car in".... Today I noticed on my CC bill that it states $547.00 when it is supposed to be $269.05. I called again and spoke with Kevin and he was extremely rude and told me to rent from Enterprise next time....which I most certainly will.

Had to wait almost a week to pick up the car finally picked it up at the end of November didn't have the car for more than one day. Check engine light comes on stating MAF sensor. Called Rob told him about the situation was told to bring it to my Mechanic to have it fixed and he would just pay for the service. I drive another hour back up to his dealership for payment and he tried to low ball me telling me he wouldn't pay what I had payed the mechanic for the services. After arguing back and forth I finally got payment minus 50 bucks for whatever reason. At this point I just wanted to be done with him. Let's get to the current date have had a car since last November with a chronic idling issue that was told was a mass airflow sensor. Have *Now put in New spark plugs and ignition coils mass airflow sensor. And taken it to the dealership for services as I purchased a warranty through him. Still unable to resolve this issue warranty has been "" dicking me around. Lost my vehicle for almost 3 weeks with no spare had to pay in a pocket for a car that I didn't even own for three months and had had nothing but issues with it Robhas not tried to resolve. So I'm pretty sure they sell lemons. Really think before you buy something there they seem super super nice and don't get me wrong I spent hours talking to Rob we talked about family kids his wife he seemed like a really nice guy but at the end of the day I'm short 20 grand for a car with a warranty that's still sitting in the dealership.

I purchased a mercedes c300 sport from here 7 months ago and so far it's been great (knock on wood) and I was pleased with the price for the mileage the car had. In short, nice guys, clean place, and a reasonably priced selection of used cars.
