I had asked this location if they happened to have an upgraded vehicle such as an SUV as that is what I normally drive. I needed a bigger vehicle for work purposes. This location told me they did NOT have any bigger vehicles on the lot, so I went with the regular car and just had to make ends meet on my end for the time being. To my suprise, when I returned the vehicle I was going to be charged over 200 dollars for an over due rental (This is what they told me on site). I called my insurance and they were able to clear it. No big deal. A week later, my credit card was charged an additonal 175. Turns out they put me down for an upgraded vehicle when all I received was a regular sized car. I once again called my insurance company to figure out what they were actually covering vs what happened at the lot. Called enterprise and notified them of this problem, they told me to call insurance, insurance told me to call Enterprise... either which way I was ripped off from enterprise as they rented me something I did not actually recieve and they will not fix the problem. Absolutely ridiculous and shady behavior all the way around. I'm out of a good amount of money and looks like I won't be getting it back.

I've never had to jump through these many hoops to rent a car. After all that, she proceeds to ask me for another form of ID that has my address????? Claims my insurance company could NOT verify my address! How do they send me my bills??? Needless to say, I was in a bind and needed something quick as we were supposed to be heading out of town that morning. Luckily, I found out that Toyota rents out cars and had a minivan that would fit all of my stuff and family. Kim was super nice and helpful and the minivan was pretty comfortable, great on gas, and met all of our needs for our trip. I can't thank Kim enough for saving our family trip... I will defiantly go with them for the next time I need to rent!!

They do not do a walk around with you nor do they take pictures. I highly suggest you do both. The counter person was nice during check in, however the check out was not the same. The check out person, Brenda, was curt and borderline rude. She charged an extra fee for gas as well even though I returned the car on full! (Offered refund after I mentioned it) I was maybe 45 minutes late and I was charged 33 dollars for it. No waive of fee either. I wouldnt recommend This Avis location. Maybe alternative locations or another company such as Hertz or Enterprise.
