I had asked this location if they happened to have an upgraded vehicle such as an SUV as that is what I normally drive. I needed a bigger vehicle for work purposes. This location told me they did NOT have any bigger vehicles on the lot, so I went with the regular car and just had to make ends meet on my end for the time being. To my suprise, when I returned the vehicle I was going to be charged over 200 dollars for an over due rental (This is what they told me on site). I called my insurance and they were able to clear it. No big deal. A week later, my credit card was charged an additonal 175. Turns out they put me down for an upgraded vehicle when all I received was a regular sized car. I once again called my insurance company to figure out what they were actually covering vs what happened at the lot. Called enterprise and notified them of this problem, they told me to call insurance, insurance told me to call Enterprise... either which way I was ripped off from enterprise as they rented me something I did not actually recieve and they will not fix the problem. Absolutely ridiculous and shady behavior all the way around. I'm out of a good amount of money and looks like I won't be getting it back.

He should not be in any customer-facing position. I was sent to this Enterprise location by Uber for a car swap after getting a flat tire on the rental I picked up Monday. The vehicle had no spare, so it had to be towed. The flat occurred around 5:45 PM. When I arrived, I explained the situation and was told to speak with Champ. He informed me that no rentals were available at that moment and asked me to wait until he cleared the current line. I waited outside in the cold for 15-30 minutes as more customers arrived. I eventually asked if there was somewhere I could wait inside, and he directed me to a seating area. After an additional 20-30 minutes inside the airport, I got into the main line. I was again instructed to speak with Champ -- meaning I had to go back outside. By this point, I had been waiting for over an hour. I approached him to ask for an update and to understand how many customers he needed to assist before I would receive help. Champ became immediately escalated, telling me I "wasn't his customer" because I didn't pick up my rental at that location. He insisted he would help all customers with reservations for that branch before assisting me, despite the fact that I already had an active rental and had been waiting longer than many of the customers he assisted ahead of me. I reminded him that he works for Enterprise as a whole, and I could not understand why roadside assistance would send me to a location that supposedly had no vehicles. He then yelled that he wasn't going to argue with me and walked off to help yet another customer who arrived after I did. At this point I called Enterprise Roadside Assistance, in tears, trying to understand why I was sent there and prepared to request an Uber home. I asked Champ for his last name for documentation purposes. He yelled back, "CHAMP! YOU CAN TELL THEM CHAMP -- THEY AIN'T GOING TO DO ANYTHING!" After another 10-15 minutes, Champ suddenly produced a vehicle -- a Mitsubishi Mirage -- that had been sitting in the lot the entire time. I didn't care what the car was; I just wanted to get out of the cold and go home. I finally left with a rental around 8:30 PM, nearly three hours after the flat occurred. **This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had.** **I will never use this location or enterprise again.** **Champ should not be in a customer-facing role in any capacity!**
