I was recently rear ended and my SUV will be going in for repair this coming Monday. The insurance will only cover a small SUV and I have a big family. I called them up and explained that I would need a bigger SUV and that I would pay the difference. They got me all set up and will have the vehicle transferred over Monday for pickup. They made a stressful situation (auto accident and repair) less stressful and have provided great customer service. All that being said, I wanted to take the time to write a review of my experience with this location and their team. I read the other reviews and the only thing I can relate to or have seen for that matter is the receiving a car that didn't have a full tank of gas. Yes I've experienced this a few times as well, but knowing it's a possibility means I'm just ready to deal with it because I prefer to rent from this location. As for other reviews, I've never seen or experienced anyone being rude or unprofessional here... doesn't mean it hasn't happened, just not something I can attest to. Lastly, I started using this location after first dealing with them following an auto accident back in 2016 (neighbor hit my parked car) and was very impressed with their service, so decided to rent all my local rentals from here. I've been a regular customer at this location for 2.5 years... it's honestly been a good experience, the staff are always friendly, and frankly they see me rent from there often enough that most folks there know my name.

Not everyone is understanding so what may seem minor to me could be monumental to someone else. I had a reservation booked today to pick up at 7:30 AM. Upon calling the facility, the representative mentioned they had no cars available and did not have any pertinent information regarding when cars WOULD be available. I then received a call at 10:51 AM stating cars were available. I still needed the vehicle so I went to pick it up. The representative at the facility was nice but I did ask him if there was any type of courtesy accommodations available due to the inconvenience, he said no. Upon getting into the first vehicle I was given (Honda CR-V), the tire pressure light was on. I looked at the tires and noticed a nail in the right side passenger back one. I went back inside and informed the agent. He gave me the Jeep Compass instead. Upon getting into that vehicle, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke! I could tell there was an attempt to get the smell out which I understand is difficult. I informed the agent just so he would know the smell was already in there PRIOR to me getting the vehicle. I do not want to be charged for something that wasn't my doing. All in all, I still drove off in the Jeep but this experience left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I've always used Avis since my job has a corporate code with them. I will say that I have only experienced Avis airport locations so maybe it's a difference with the neighborhood facilities? Not too sure. I will have to have a talk with our Relationship Manager to see if we will continue this collaboration.

Name on board and car available but the gates were locked and no one was there. I had to come back the next day to get my car which caused a lot of expense and hassle and while they were friendly, they did not acknowledge the inconvenience or cost or offer a discount. Otherwise, the cars are typically clean and the return process is easy. I'd like to confirm their hours now but I can't reach anyone. Sooo presidents circle or no, I may have to rent elsewhere.

After all was said and done, the drive to this location was completely worth it. The customer service was extraordinary which is something that is hard to come by it seems. The gentleman who helped me was so straightforward and quick but he was also funny and nice. Clearly a really good guy. And if that wasn't enough, the car we rented was great. He gave us a free upgrade and the car was clean and comfortable. On top of that, the price was really great, a good $100 less than the major competitor.
