An unfortunate series of events (out of my control and the company's) left me with a canceled reservation about a week prior to a special event. Soon thereafter, I received a call to try and set things right, even though my initial reservation was only for a relatively inexpensive BMW 750iL...chump-change compared to some of the high-end exotics they offer. It's great to see this level of customer service, especially considering they hadn't even gotten any of my money. Even though the original issue wasn't by any fault of theirs, they still took responsibility for making me happy. The next time I need to rent something unique, Global Exotic Car Rentals will definitely get my business.

It still was a pain trying to park in monthly garages. Carlease called and again compensated us for the hassle. After some back and forth it really sounds like this business model is make or break on which dealership the car is coming from. Again, Carlease is probably good for luxury vehicles but not sure of the feasibility of the service for the rest of us peasants who want regular cars.

These guys at CarLease.com are really SUPER - and they keep proving it time and time again! All we had to do is sign... It was a piece of cake - and with zero aggravation; PRICELESS! In short, if you're a busy person that has no time for a 4 to 6 hour dealership NIGHTMARE, then I strongly recommend calling CarLease.com and ask for CARL. He not only gets you the best price on your Lease, but all you have to do is SIGN & DRIVE! Opaa! Nothing better!

After several very bad expereriences with car rental companies at O'Hare airport, I contacted the…read moreowner Jacek of EZ Vehicle Rentals several weeks before I arrived in Chicago, and reserved a 2013 Honda Civid Hybrid for an extended visit. The plan was to arrive in Chicago at O´Hare Airport and then proceed to an off-site parking lot to pick up the car. He said he would not charge me extra for leaving the vehicle near the airport. Well, thanks to a massive screw-up on the part of American Airlines, it took me 60 hours of horrific traveling to finally arrive in Chicago. During this nightmare I kept Jacek informed of my travel problems. When I finally arrived at 2 AM and picked up the spotlessly clean car, Jacek had arranged perfectly. When I arrived at my motel 2 hours later, I noticed that one of the headlights had burned out on the way. Jacek told me not a problem - to get it fixed, and he would take care of it. And he did. The rest of the trip was uneventful. I drove this rental for over 2 weeks in the Chicagoland area as well as the Northwoods of Wisconsin. When the day came to return the car, Jacek offered to pay for my Uber trip to the airport. I politely declined, as he had gone to great lengths at the beginning of my trip to make sure that the car would be waiting for me close to the airport. I am originally from the Chicago area, and return on a regular basis. Renting a car at O´Hare airport can be a nightmare. It was precisely because of car rental problems at O'Hare, that I decided to give Jacek and EZ Vehicle Rentals a try. I am so glad that I did, and both Jacek personally as well as EZ Vehicle Rentals deserve 5 stars for the very competitive pricing, vehicle quality, and magnificent personalized service. I am a very happy customer. Loved the car, and love the company!

Also I carry a 100/300/50 insurance coverage through St Farm. What you sell at your counter is not insurance. You can't sell insurance. You need to be a certified insurance agent. And nobody in your office is. You sell optional coverage. Illinois law states you cannot refuse a rental because they can't prove they have insurance. Car rental companies must provide a 50/100/50 secondary liability coverage. You have a program through Ford and Mercedes. Every vehicle owner in the world has that. If I breakdown in your vehicle in another state, you will tell me tow it to the dealer. While we are waiting for parts, I have no vehicle. My $7,000.00 vacation ruined.
