If it weren't for her then i would give them 1 star. Penske company is holding my refund and telling me i have to wait an additional 3 to 5 business days to receive my $60 refund. I received my rental on the 07Nov19 returned ot on 07Nob19 and have yet to receive a refund. I spoke to representatives on 2 occasions. The first was yesterday 20Nov19. On this date i was told my refund was not posted but the woman was able to speak with manager Connor to correct this issue for me. They stated the refund will be in my about yesterday 20Nov19 or today 21Nov19. Today i call penske a lot more distraught and confused because i was told my refund would be posted but i have yet to see a dime. After speaking to Lisa M. Customer service rep, William Rock Retail manager and Dustin Dance District Manager, I am basically being told I'm delusional and that the money was already returned to me. Yes I'd admit they attempted to help by "posting the 60$ again" (in quotations because i never received the first $60) but say it won't post for another 3 to 5 business days which is absolutely absurd. They are literally playing with my money and my livelihood and expect me to continue waiting for my money. With this being said i wouldn't advise anyone to use Penske especially not the Jacksonville FL branch because of their lack of professionalism and concern for their customers. On a lighter note Uhaul deposits your return the very next day without any hiccups. They are a little more expensive but the total experience is 10 times better. With this being said shop wisely my friends.

When I booked the appointment I was surprised how polite and enthusiastic the gentleman who answered the phone was. Later on when I went to inquire how much a dolly would be to rent he eagerly told me, "Oh, we can include that for you free of charge! I will go ahead and notate that on your account right now!" Well alright! My father used this company before and he highly recommended them. They were MORE expensive than UHAUL but I didn't want to take the chance of our reserved truck being given away or given a downsized truck. The customer service so far was superb and with my father's recommendation I was feeling pretty confident in my choice. The day was not without its hiccups unfortunately. Some customer dropped off the rental truck and blocked ENTRANCE and no one could get a truck OUT until the keys were found. As a result the truck arrival was an hour later than expected. My movers (my willing friends) were laid back about it and just feasted on donuts in the meanwhile. No biggie. My husband told me that the employees were *ALREADY* familiar with our order when he arrived and the gentleman making the handoff said, "And it looks like it was noted that you are in need of a dolly. Let me get that for you." without even being prompted! Later on I noticed we were charged for the optional coverage and insurance feature. I made a phone call and the Account Manager Megan quickly rectified the mistake. Our process with Enterprise wasn't the smoothest, but overall I was happy with them.

It was a quick and easy process. He was great. Then, Manny stepped up again and moved his car to let us park in the shade. If you need a truck, I couldn't recommend any other place.     I've found Tom Nehl after contacting a number of certified Freightliner Service Centers and…read morediscovered that it was almost impossible to get an appointment to trouble shoot and repair an issue with my Optiview electronic dash that would not illuminate in my MotorCoach. As most Class A owners understand it's critical that if you own one of these beast that you need to be able to do some minor repairs yourself or at least have some trouble shooting skills or have a very deep wallet, my skills vastly outweigh my wallet and I enjoy doing as much of the service myself, but with the technology advances in electronics it becomes an almost impossible task to track down all the issues even with detailed schematics, there are reasons that Freightliner has certified trained mechanics and especially when things are under warranty it's important to take it to the professionals. My initial conversation was with Phil the Service Manager he was very professional and friendly and most importantly knowledgeable, after a few minutes of me explaining what my issue was he immediately took over and told me he understood the cause and then checked his parts inventory and told me he had the solution in stock and told me if I showed up he would do his best to fit me in the schedule without having to make an appointment. He also followed up with a call after looking at the shop's schedule and we agreed that I'd show up the next day which was incredible to me being a few of the other service centers that were closer could only set appointments as far out as January 2022 without providing any trouble shooting advice which was very disappointing. I showed up as we agreed and although they were just opening at 7:00 AM and the shop was filled with trucks and RVs I was greeted by Tim who was busy working on a diesel rig but took the time to introduce himself and directed me to the service desk where Phil resides he also told me he would be the one installing the new module - Phil took my information while Tim proceeded to check out my RV. I was in and out with my issue resolved in less than 30 minutes after arriving which completely blew me away, this was really an unexpected level of customer service and I really appreciated the attention and professionalism - Tim made sure the everything worked after the repair was completed and also took great care during the repair to ensure that my RV was left as he found it. Being it was Warrenty work there was no charge - this is definitely the shop I want to service my MotorCoach going forward and definitely one I'll recommend to anyone looking for quality diesel repairs - these guys are the best...

The service at this U-Haul location is lacking…read more I reserved a trailer online through U-Haul and when I went to pick it up they couldn't find my reservation, even though it was showing in the app and online. This has happened at other U-Haul stores in the past; so I think this is a problem for their IT and Dev teams that needs to be fixed. The people working acted like they did not want to be there, much less help customers. Took 45 minutes to get checked out and get the trailer, and while I waited at least 3 different customers came in disappointed about not getting propane refills because the workers said nobody was there to fill it for them; you would think everyone working would be trained on filling up propane as it is so easy I was doing it as a teenager when I was working for a hardware store. Another guy came in because his truck he rented broke down and they were like "you need to call", not "let me help". Then the trailer they gave me was rusty and falling apart; could barely open & close the door. It kind of pissed me off since I paid $25 for their liability insurance; should have got a more decent trailer. Next time I will stick to the U-Haul location in Mandarin, as they are better organized.
