There's no way for me to move it to a different location or a different company because I live in Ohio and it's filled with the remaining assets of my deceased mother who lived in Jacksonville. The only other con I have is the fact that they don't have payment plans or extensions. I was told that if I couldn't pay it on that date that it was due that they wouldn't take my unit all they would do is keep giving me late fees until it was paid but I had at least 6 months until they would take it into their possession and put it up for auction, but I missed this month's payment at the beginning of the month and it's only the middle and I get an email stating that my unit is about to go up for auction if it's not paid today. I am financially struggling to say the least and this is the last remaining pieces of my mom and her property and I would hate to see it go but I just don't have $150 to keep spending every month and it might still keep going up. But all the staff members that work there are very kind and friendly and they know how to do their job.

I rented a u-haul trailer for seven hours on saturday. when i returned the trailer i was told i…read morewould get a receipt emailed. i got the receipt on monday at 9:36am saying i had returned the trailer monday ay 9:36am. with that was $200 of charges asserting the following: (3) total days, wrong location return (it said i returned it to some random gas station rather than the same location i picked it up from), an after hours return fee, and two additional days of insurance on the trailer. When i called to dispute the charges the girl admitted "i'm remembering some things that happened, because i think im the one that checked you in" after asserting the order which i checked back in, she confirmed she was the person who checked me in. should i mention my dad rented a truck from this location, and the truck was "missing" for three days? he returned the truck, also on a saturday, and u-haul called him on wednesday because they couldn't find the truck. it was never checked in and someone left with the keys. i am convinced at this point they are running a scam.

I've passed this place many times for a decade and I think I've rented a uHaul maybe once or twice…read morein my life, but my most recent visit wasn't for a rental, it was to refill my propane tank. I didn't know but you can pull up next to the propane refill station, ring the bell, someone comes out to refill your tank(s) and you pay there then go. Super convenient and they are open 7 days, also you get more propane when refilling compared to exchanging plus it's cheaper. Besides the 5-10 minutes wait since there was only one person that refills the tanks I wasn't there long.
