The guy was seriously beyond helpful and made me laugh which was much needed. He always goes above and beyond and is so helpful with recommending new types of whiskeys. He took time out of his day to show us around and explain every detail we could think of, and quite a few we couldn't imagine! He showed us the stills, the barrels, and everything in between. It was a great experience, and quite educational. While there is no tasting there, and you can't buy anything directly, they are happy to tell you where you can purchase things. Actually, you can find some (excellect) grappa at the port tasting room right next door! Thanks for the tour. We had a blast, learned a lot, and will definitly be purchasing as many of your offerings as we can find.

I could even forgive this as I know how hard it is to find good people in the current job pool. What I cannot forgive is all the rotten and long expired food. I have been tracking this over my last 3 visits and have found the same moldy tortillas, the same rotting meat that is growing more mold daily. Every Raisin Rice Pudding that I checked was expired by at least 2 weeks with some of them being expired by 6 weeks. This goes back to the staff that is hired. Nobody cares anymore, so the jobs that used to be done are ignored. For now, I am switching to Trader Joe's and Lucky. Maybe I will try again in a few months and see if anything has changed. Come on Raley's! Do better!

I actually felt like I was imposing on her morning. Not one helpful remark or even a smile - so I left without buying anything.
