I was in a rush and at this point very annoyed because I had already waited in line for about 25 minutes. After she cashed my check, which was well over 2k, she placed the money on the counter and basically said "NEXT". This teller did not count my money back to me and she did not give me an envelope for my money. I did not get this tellers name but I plan to go back into the branch to complain to the branch manager. I work in finance, I know good customer service very well and this was poor customer service, by far.

Fast forward 3 months later, and the provisional credit I had been given was then RESCINDED by Rockland Trust, and I was told they had been given "proof" by the merchant where the fraudulent transaction occurred that it was not fraudulent, despite the fact that the bank itself CONTACTED me that day when the purchase was made as they suspected it to be fraudulent. Now Rockland Trust is telling me there is "nothing more we can do", despite having already being able to provide me a credit for the fraudulent purchase that they TOLD me about the moment it happened. I will very likely be taking my business elsewhere entirely and never banking here again because of this complete failure, on Rockland Trust's part, to protect me and my financial security despite every indication and piece of evidence they had to do so.
