I had every intent to write a review because of the excellent service I received. I left the bank and walked about 35 mins when I realized I had lost my new IPhone. It must have slipped out of my pocket. I retraced my steps all the way back to the bank. Two Avidia employees (I am sorry I didn't get your names) found my phone in the mulch outside the Bank and had given it to Twan. In the time it took me to walk back to the Bank Twan had unlocked my ICE notification number; Mary Ann called and told my husband that the Bank had my phone. They were about to go out onto Main Street to see if they could find me. When I returned to the Bank there was a celebration by the employees and I was ecstatic. This is truly an example of above and beyond by the employees of Avidia Bank

I am reporting Avidia HSA to SEC today. I have been trying for two months to get assistance to use…read morefunds from my HSA for COBRA payments. A valid, authorized expense, each time I call I spend 30-45 minutes they cannot help. My logins do not work and cannot reset login info. They say there is an issue with their website. So sorry. They say they will send a form by email to close account and get funds, of course the form never comes. Call back - start over- another 45 minutes of total frustration - polite but useless. I only have under 4,000.00 in the account. But I imagine they must have a lot of funds that go unused, no way to access your funds. I have documented all calls and will file today. Including the made-up names of customer service personnel, Sparkle, really? I know I won't ever be able to access my funds but I can at least notify my previous employer and the SEC. This organization is a scam.

The app. did not work right for about 3 months, and I kept trying to get updates, but nobody knew…read morewhen it would be fixed. The bank rep. said when the app. was fixed, they would call me. The a got fixed, but I never got called. I sent them a message on their facebook page to adk why they didn't call me, but the message didn't go. I believe they blocked me. And now, the app. doesn't work again. I emailed the bank, but the person I emailed takes days to answer. I think I'm gonna open a new account at a new bank, and just get away from Avidia. I've had this account for over 30 years, and I think I deserve better service than this.

When going the following day to get a check cut, I was initially told of my mistake, but I really needed that check. Deb Hebert and the other ladies in this morning really took good care of me and made sure that we got this done instead of having to come back in again tomorrow. On top of all that great customer service, I LOVE the fact that they always give my travel buddy (Our little Corgi) treats...as well as always bearing the really talkative, over caffeinated guy with pleasant conversations and smiles. I actually could go through the drive through, but prefer to go in and say "hi"....it's that kind of a good, neighborhood place and yet another feather in Hudson's cap. Now if they only had an espresso machine.... :)

Had 1 rep say she had to "research" account & 20 minutes later just that horrible music & no response, so I hung up. Ive had "help" at bank location, where rep make mistake entering account number for a large $ transfer. Transfer didnt go thru (I discovered next day) which created issue & rep didnt even apologize for his mistake. Cust serv must be very low pay & bank can't get employees who give a crap. Bank doesnt care either. They advertise "Legendary service", but that' a joke. Also savings account interest rates are the lowest of the low. We are moving our $ to another bank with 4x times the rate. Goodbye TD. You are not customer friendly on too many levels!

The teller would not accept the deposit (I wasn't withdrawing, only depositing). I deposit checks for the elderly woman at Citizens Bank with no problem and cannot for the life of me understand why BoA wouldn't accept a deposit with correct paperwork and endorsement. Both teller and manager were brusk and unhelpful. I am encouraging the account holder to move her money to Citizens Bank and encourage others to avoid this branch and/or bank altogether.
