They quickly tackled the issues on my credit report, wiping out countless inquiries and removing problematic accounts that had been dragging my score down for years. It was impressive how they managed to accomplish all of this for me. They didn't just stop at repairing my personal credit--they helped me understand the process and the best strategies for maintaining a strong score moving forward. The results were beyond my expectations. Not only did my credit score see a substantial boost, but I was also able to secure business funding that I had previously thought was out of reach. My parents were two of the first members back when my dad worked for Mass Electric. After I payed off a Central One credit card balance last August, they added a $13 finance charge, unbeknownst to me, because I never got a bill. 2 months later I found out by chance I owed it when I happened to go online to my Central One account. By then, Central One had added 2 late fee charges, and worse, reported me to the credit bureaus, which has caused my credit rating to drop from Excellent to Good. I immediately payed off the finance charge and late fees in October when I realized on my own that I owed them. I talked to a man in Central One's credit dept. in December who said he would correct the problem for me with the credit bureaus, but he apparently never has. A 30-day late payment for a charge I never received a bill for remains on my credit reports, and my credit rating continues to be adversely affected by this. I have closed my Central One acct. after some 55 years.

She couldn't even produce the receipt that you get when the taxes are e-filed so what does that tell you. Then she even went so far as to say that is was our fault for not following up to see if the taxes had been filed. Call me crazy but when I pay someone to provide a service and they tell me it has been done (e-filed) then I would assume they are telling me the truth. Now I know better. Due to her incompetence we ended up having to pay a lot of extra fees and penalties. Do yourself a favor and go to a company that is legitimate and reliable. I would hate to see someone go through what we went through.
